“I’m new to living in Elgin and I came in to get my tire patched, and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the service! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to explain whether my tire could be safely repaired and made sure I understood everything. They even called me back within an hour to let me know my tire was ready! It’s not every day you come across such great customer service. I truly appreciate how kind, honest, and efficient they were. I definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for great service and people who genuinely care about their customers! ❤👏🏼”

“We got a nail in my tire on the way to Austin after stopping to get gas and we stop by to get an emergency patch. Alenjandro took care of us with such kindness, the tire was plugged and patched with no leaks and he also cleaned the dust off. Amazing service”
