“I went in for a tire rotation and balance Sunday at 1:30PM. The Store Manager V as nice enough to assist me and inform me that it would be about a 3 hour wait, due to them being short handed. I told him that wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived at 4:30PM he was pulling my vehicle out right on time and I'm back to riding smooth. V was extremely professional and actually performed my services himself. I really appreciated that level of dedication and customer service.”
