“I’ve taken my car to Excalibur twice- both different vehicles and both great experiences. First time was last year after pep boys tried to take advantage of me being a girl and told me my alternator was perfectly fine and I had a battery issue (my car died going 70 mph on the highway, sure). The team at Excalibur was so kind and apologetic that I had gone through that experience. A few weeks ago I had it towed to Excalibur and when I called to confirm beforehand they misheard my model year, and once it got there they realized it was a year they don’t work on (I got a new one). Because it was simply a tire change they honored their mistake (don’t expect them to do this for major work) and gave my car a once over as well. Every communication I have with them is so pleasant and I was almost late to work after picking up my car because I was having such a great conversation with Mike about Miata’s. Even though I can’t get my car serviced here, I highly recommend Excalibur for anyone looking for a mechanic, they are absolutely awesome!”

“I do not write reviews at all, but this company deserves one from the exprience I went through.Two years ago I was invloved in a minor accident where the passenger side of my Camry needed repairs. Service King was the body shop I selected as it was close to my house and under my insurance. This was mistake, as their service was anything but royality.Three months later, I get my car back and had major noise issues. I took it back and they "repaired" the problems.This was my second of three trips I had to make for them. The third time, I still had issues and took it back and they sent it to a Toyota dealership to resolve the issue. The noise was still there. At first, I thought my car simply needed new tires because the old ones were getting worn and the thread mismatch on all four of the wheel. Got new tires and still had major noise issues.So I finally decided to take it to another repair shop and just pay out of pocket. Tech One was on the top of the list of my search on Google as far as consistency of service and overall customer service reviews.I told them nothing of the wreck, but did inform them of the noise.I get a call a few hours later that day and Robert informed me that my car was in a wreck at one point and was poorly serviced. He informed me that the two front wheel bearings needed replaced with some filter replacements and said this would fix the issue. They repaired my car as needed and when I picked it up, they informed me the noise is still there and it had to be the type of tires I had (they were apparently loud snow tires).They recommended some tires for me that are much quieter and told me Discount Tire would switch them out if it was still within the 30 days of my purchase. I was a bit annoyed with the situation, but I humored them and got my tires switched out with Michlin Defender tires. The noise did improve, but there was still a deep humming noise at high speeds.I took it back and Tech One told me they would take care of it.Got a phone call a few hours later that day and the Techincians narrowed the problem down to the passenger rear wheel. The wheel was wedged into the wheel bearing during my crash and their initial test didn't catch it. They ended up replacing the wheel with a discount and now my car is smooth and quiet once again.Although the exprience was annoying, I do not blame Tech One. My Camry was sent to Service King three seperate times and a Toyota dealship, with Toyota overlooking the repairs that the car needed.Tech One went above and beyond than any shop I went to because of their investigative service. You do not see a lot shops do this anymore because they're more worried about churrning out as many customers as possible, all while neglecting the overal repairs of the car.If you need your car look at for any issue, I'm confident Tech One will repair the issue.”

“My tire pressure dropped from 31 psi to 21 psi in one day, so I figured I needed a patch and came in. I got there 20 mins before closing and was fully ready to leave my car there and pick it up the next day, but it was fixed for a reasonable price in 15 mins! And I didn't even have to bring a random man from my life to make sure everything went fine, imagine that! Love these guys.”

I went in for an unknown electrical repair, they were busy for the day but generously squeezed me in, had it fixed in 20 mins, and gave me a generous one time discount which was totally unexpected and super nice b/c I said I'd be back for a full maintenance service soon but it was so nice to see me right away, squeeze me, and the discount. An exception so don't expect that but the idea is they're super nice, knew exactly the problem and zeroed in on it, and fixed it in 20 mins which is incredible. It was a problem plaguing me for months and made life more difficult, so it made a difference to get fixed right away ahead of a full inspection/service. Big thimbs up thanks guys. “I am blown away by how professionally this location is ran. I made an appointment last night and bought the tires I needed online. I show up to the location 30 min prior to my scheduled time and Jacob greeted me. As soon as I mentioned my online appointment he knew which tires I had bought and all the extra information I had put on it. The estimated wait time was 1 hour but they knocked the whole thing out in 24 minutes. Ernesto gave my keys back and explained all that was done and I was on my way. The whole process from entering the store and leaving was less than 30 min. That’s for all 4 tires being replaced and everything that goes along with that. Dave's did the diagnostic (with discount for being a first time customer), Dave's did on-line research that suggested Toyota should cover the repair under warranty/recall, and Dave's called Toyota to confirm (Toyota would not provide any info to Dave's, or to me when I called). Took car to dealer with this Dave's info, and dealer completed repair very quickly at no cost to me. Now maybe dealer would have done this without the info Dave's provided, but because I mentioned it as I checked the car into the dealer I feel like the dealer repair process was smooth and easy, and saved me a LOT of money.Thank you Dave's.”

“I just went to the RentAWheels at 6524 S Congress Avenue today. I went in there because I had a slow leak on one of my rear tires. Alex and his team inspected my tire, found the culprit (a rogue screw), and were able to seal up my tire through the entire puncture to keep it on the road, which is great since all four of my tires still have a healthy amount of tread life on them. This is an excellent shop. I definitely recommend their work.”
