“My wife and I were pulling a trailer from San Antonio to Waco when we had a blowout on the trailer. Called Good Sam for roadside assistance. They sent out David from Goodyear in Elm Mott. Super helpful. Swapped out the blown tire for the spare and gave me Brandon Fore's number (General Manager).
Called Brandon and set up an appointment the next day to replace all my tires and also change out the aluminum wheels to steel (the blown tire's wheel was ruined).
Dropped the trailer off the next day and went into Waco to see the sights. Took Goodyear maybe 2 hours to change the wheels and tires. Balanced the tires and torqued the lugs to the proper settings and we were on our way.
Brandon, David, and Goodyear saved what could have been a horrible trip into a great experience. We now feel safer for our return trip to Alabama. Thanks to all at Goodyear in Elm Mott Texas.”
