“Came in looking for an Easter/Spring wreath and to my surprise they had so many cute decorations. Unfortunately, the one wreath I loved did not have a price tag, which I was worried about because others stores won’t sell it to you if they don’t have a tag. We decided to still try to see if they could find a price and the cashier helping me was extremely helpful and kind. She and the manager helped locate the price and now when I look at the wreath I am remembered of the such pleasant interaction I had at Ross. I didn’t catch her name but she was an African American lady working on 3/14 after 7 pm.”
“Trisha was so helpful yesterday, and her customer service was beyond amazing. The store was immaculate even though a lot of customers were shopping the BOGO clearance. I'll definitely be going back! Had such a pleasant experience and she was simply on top of everything. From ringing out on the register, to getting a fitting room ready for someone and making sure everyone is doing ok. Definitely recommend this location!! This is barely my second time shopping at Francesca's but the customer service definitely stood out this time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
