“I have been meaning to leave a review for awhile. This location the manager was really nice. They helped me out on a specific color chair I was looking for and honor the price for a different color chair. They even helped me put the chair in my car. The chair I picked because I was needing one to study for my exam. It was great price. And they were really accommodating on my needs. I would definitely go back if i am around the area. Generally, I have pleasant experiences in office depot overall . I hope they don't go out of business due to online retails. Some stuff is just better to buy in person such as office supplies and service than online.”
“I placed an order for a relatively large print job (236 pages) with spiral binding. I placed the order late on Thursday night with an estimated completing by 5pm on Friday. I recorded an email at about 9am that my order was ready for pick up. The pick up process was fast and the print quality (and binding ) were perfect. In addition, the cost was significantly less expensive than Staples and/or Kinkos-FedEx. I will be doing all of my printing going forward at Office Depot! Cannot recommend high enough!!!”

“I’m giving this location four stars only due to the fact that I called their location literally right before I went in within minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I tried five times.
Then when I arrived just 3 to 4 minutes later, there was literally two employees in the store and no one else…. it was almost comical.
I almost said something, but knew that it wouldn’t do any good.
GameStop, if this location is slow on sales not answering, the phone is a good indicator as to why .

Our intial contacts were because we had a computer or network problem that was disrupting our work and they were able to resolve these every time, which is not always the case with other tech services we used previuosly. Now we rely more on them for their wealth of information on what we can do proactively to improve the functioning our technology. In fact they made a referral for us to resolve a database issue that would have put us out of business that big name companies had no idea how to approach. HIGHLY recommend.”

Update: I found they have two cords to plug in and I used only one of them. Either I missed that or it was missing in the manual explaining the setup.
I called a different Office Depot customer service and they provided a different number - of their installers, to speak with.
The desk rises but there is still no current in the sockets on the desk”

However, even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I still ended up waiting about 45 minutes. The technician tried to help with my phone, which was stuck in recovery mode, but unfortunately wasn’t able to fix it and said it was basically only good for salvage. Not the outcome I hoped for, but the service was courteous throughout.”

“One of my employees went to this store where he was able to get help with a refurbished phone that metro PCS had no obligation to assist him with. The manager over the stores name was Fennay and she went out of her way to ensure that a unlocked phone would reliably work for him. This is an experience that merits note worthy praise because I as a a 71 year old have difficulty with electronics and this phone is the one that I sue for every day tasks.”
