Customer service the day of pick up was excellent (I think her name was Christina or Christine) she was knowledgeable, patient and helpful in making sure that we selected the correct miles and equipment for our move. Her friendly yet professional demeanor is the type of customer experience that would 100% make me a repeat customer. Moving is stressful enough especially in this Texas heat? but thank you Christine/Christina for making this a positive experience.”

“Today Sunday, I was getting a sub-unit at this place, the supervisor Martin and the crew were not only great but amazing thanks to the entire team. The unit itself was filthy, had engine lights on, and the tires were in bad shape. He took it in right away and explained every step of what he was doing. He made sure to apologize for the condition of the truck and did everything he could to smooth things over and get it road-ready.
Kudos to Martin for his kindness and excellent customer service.”

“So, in reference to the same move that I ranted about Public Storage, here is the opposite end of the spectrum.Penske was easy to deal with. Every day that I re-rented their truck out, they made the process simple. Seriously, just know your phone number, and they'll extend your booking.Here is where they go above and beyond: I re-rent this truck for like the 5th day and I get a call from, I'm guessing corporate. I wasn't surprised they called, but I was SHOCKED they let me have it for yet another day. Long story short, I acknowledged the guy had every right to be concerned that something awful had happened to said truck (nothing had happend) and he said the next day I HAD to return the truck. I totally understood, heck at this point I was seriously missing driving my own car (when your daily driver is a Honda Civic, and you rent out a friggin 16ft moving truck...).Penske, thank you. This was the move from Hell, the worst move ever. Yet, if not for your service, and most importantly, YOUR UNDERSTANDING (things companies like to talk about and yet, so few actually deliver) I could not have made it through.”

“I buy equipment all over the country and if it's a long distance purchase, I'll fly and rent a truck to drive it back home to Florida.Last week I reserved a truck and flew 1500 mile to Dallas. When I got there everything went as normal until Samantha pulled up in my truck. I took a look at it and noticed that the overhead door was too low for the load I was picking up.I told her that this truck wouldn't work and why.She spun around toward the door of the office and said, "Well then, lets go find you a truck."After a few clicks and a couple of phone calls she was able to locate the perfect option and even paid for an Uber ride to get me there - all with a happy to help - very professional attitude. I could not possible have been more grateful.Just when I thought that true customer service was a thing of the past, I found it at Penske Truck Rental in Irving Texas.Sami saved my day and my trip! I don't know, being 1500 miles from home, what I would have done without her.Thank you to the Penske Team and especially you Sami! “I had no idea how affordable and easy of a process it was to rent a truck. I had found a great sectional but didn’t want to wait for delivery. Downloaded app, made an appointment, picked up and dropped off all within 3 hours. I got my couch and saved on the delivery cost since it was only $19 base for the rental. Will definitely use again and recommend.”
