The most helpful and knowledgeable would be Constance (best staff associate) and JD (manager)! Their ability to manage such a high volume of customers while maintaining great service is truly impressive. Five stars for an outstanding experience in a busy environment!”
“Above and beyond good service. I needed a sheet of HDPE plastic to repair one of my production machines. They did not have it in stock but they gave me the name and phone number of another Plastic distributor that carried it. This saved me a ton of time and aggravation.”
“Very busy with drive through car wash. Can be a little time consuming to get gas. If you also plan to get a car wash plan at least 20 to 40 minute wait time. Car wash takes quite a bit of time per was (7 min?) and they have two days so with a lot of people looking for a free carwash it can get backed up when sams is busy.”

“2 weeks ago, I bought the wrong auto battery on my own. The attendant stopped everything and immediately assisted me. Right battery purchased and installed.
I have cancer, wife and son have medical issues, we asked twice for delivery on Sunday morning. Both mornings were cold and rainy. The delivery person put them on my front covered porch on a chair I provide, safe and dry. They lug heavy items, can't even hear them.

“I went because they Recently reopened the building. It's nice and clean. We went for tires, and stopped to grab a slice of pizza while we were waiting. Food was fresh and hot, tires took about 45 minutes to install, so not too bad. Would go back. Got some stuff curbside, it took maybe 5 minutes for him to come deliver our items.”
“So I came in to dams to see if they had restocked the HeyDude loafers and walked out with some cherries, strawberries, low carb Mission Tortillas, Reef Flip Flops and of course a pair of Heydudes that were about 20 bucks cheaper than all the other stores.As I was walking out, I started to smell food and said, "Why not?" On a side note, last time I ate Sam's club members mark Café food, I was not impressed, and recently, I had seen a tiktok with a guy reviewing their food against my favorite store, Costco. I walked up to the counter and noticed that they had way more selections than Costco as far as pizza!. I decided to get the Supreme pizza slice because costco puts black olives on theres. Let me tell you the pizza was GOOD! I asked their registered employee how much for a large pizza and she said 8.98 for any toppings! Wait WHAT! OK, I got a large meat lovers and asked how long to cook. She said 10min ok I'll eat my food as I wait.Man, when I got the pizza, I honestly think it puts pizza hut and costco to shame. Damn I didn't want to throw Costco under the bus but how you letting Sam's get over on you Costco!. Still gonna stick to my Costco hot dogs though but the pizza is a win for Sam's Club. Costco verse sams pizzaSams pizza Solid 8 outa 10 Employee 6 oura 10Also, let's not forget the app checkout so much easier Costco get with it.”
“The Sam’s Club gas station in Irving may be a little older, but it’s always clean, well-kept, and easy to use. The pumps work great every time, and the layout makes it quick to get in and out. On top of that, the gas prices are consistently some of the best in the area. Reliable, convenient, and definitely worth 5 stars.”

“I purchased 4 tires and scheduled an appointment. The clerk took my keys and said it would take an hour. I went to shop and bought perishables based on having my car complete. When i arrived an hour later they said it would take a half hour then another. When i was told the car was ready apparently the manager was frustrated. When i went to my car this what i saw. It was obvious they didn’t take any precautions to keep my car clean. Truly disappointed!”

YES. This place has a ridiculous selection of dog colognes, as well as every kind of shampoo and conditioner you can imagine, PLUS many grooming essentials. I’d leave a ten star review if I could.”
