I've been very anxious and depressed, with so many worries that I can't control sometimes, but she offered an ear and a safe place for me to cry and open up about my fears and worries-- which I didn't expect at all when I called in to ask about my children's prescription.I've met many pharmacists but no one like her. Believe me when I said I needed her comfort! She didn't see me just as a customer/patient but as a human being. You really don't know what a person is going through emotional/mentally everyday.So grateful I came across her.”

“The reason for the 5 stars is not because I was extremely happy with my experience today, however the pharmacy tech that gave me service was extremely courteous. Omar, the store manager addressed my issues even though they were not 100%resolved. I was also contacted by the area pharmacy mgr which gave me the feeling that my needs as a customer mean something. I had a personality issue with someone and I believe that some people are just more by the book than others. Thank you all at Kroger for your help. Patrick...”

“When I visit this Kroger, it is usually for something quick or to visit the pharmacy. I decided on a fruit bowl and found the perfect one at Kroger, it was very fresh and there was enough of each fruit to go around. It is something, I'll get again. Customer Service Counter: The ladies at the counter are always pleasant to work with, I never have any issues with the level of customer service they provide. Pharmacy: I use them as my local pharmacy, they're always efficient and move expeditiously. Sometimes, the drive-thru can get backed up, but that's to be expected right after work hours. If anything, I'd suggest, that those with questions/issues with their script, be told to come in. My last visit was a bit longer than usual, there was someone at their window for over 15. They were asking questions that required price lookups and comparisons, which isn't something for the drive-thru window. Overall, I like this local Kroger for what I use it for. Also, saving .10 cents on gas always pays off, as well!”
