“After contracting the flu my husband went to where the dr faced in my 4 scripts (Walgreens) they didn’t have any of them. So fortunately our dr sent them over to River Road Pharmacy within an hour they were ready. Today my husband is needing all the meds I was given and so back to River Road Pharmacy he will go. New to the area we will forever be your customers.Walgreens is horrendous!!!”

“I have used our local (Leon Springs, Texas) HEB, CVS, and Walgreens pharmacies, as well as Centerwell mail order (the worst!). The ONLY pharmacy that treats me like a valued client is Walmart. The others had no interest in my health or my pharmaceutical needs, My meds were on backorder so often it was difficult to be compliant. THIS MATTERS!!! I can not go more than 24 hours without two of my medications. I made each of the pharmacists personally aware of the necessity of refills being maintained in stock. I purchase these meds monthly. I may as well have been talking to the cash register. Walmart GETS IT! They inform me in advance, yes, the pharmacist calls me if he has a concern about availability and has a plan of action. It's remarkable! They want my business, and they work for it. Somehow, this knowledge is passed on to new, incoming pharmacists. That tells me it is an important part of their corporate culture.”
“Annie’s apothecary helped lead me to a diagnoses (which no other gynecologist was able to do/ not cared enough). They listened to my issues and suggested me to the proper physician. I can not thank them enough, 10/10 would refer anyone to them!”
“On Thursday, we needed a chemo drug 11 days from the time we turned in the prescription to Walgreens. On the following Monday, Walgreens said it was out of stock and that they could not have it for 30 days. I called WalMart after talking to Walgreens. Melanie dealt with the situation, including getting the prescription from Walgreens. She also said it was out of stock but would have it for us by Wednesday or Thursday. We had it by midafternoon on Wednesday. Thank you Melanie!!!”

“I’ve used many pharmacies and many H‑E‑B pharmacy locations for myself and family members, no pharmacy is perfect. This one is solid, and the occasional inconvenience is expected with all medical and pharmacy companies. The pharmacists and techs here have always tried their best and are more helpful than many other pharmacies in this immediate area especially.”

“This CVS is along the interstate but has a small town feel with how cheerful the people and interior surroundings are organized. There is more of a bright and colorful store feeling with
useful products than that of a gloomy lit and depressing pharmacy where l am supposed to go for a prescription eyedrop medication. Many CVS stores like other pharmacies have annoying signs that push vaccines. This CVS address feels like wellness not illness is recognized.”
