“I was at the Blanco (near Huebner) location this weekend. I found out the Manager Josh will be moving this week. So disappointing for us but great for Josh! He has been a terrific manager, always super helpful, friendly and gives the renter great customer service! Wishing Josh the best of luck at his new Extra Space location in Texas City. “We had the best experience and the best crew Justin de Guzman, Jaythan Acosta, Joel Sosa, and Greg Juarez. We had these movers help us on Thursday, April 25th, 2024. What a great group of guys! I wouldn't hesitate using this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone! They were on time! The main guy went ahead and went through the house and went through every piece to be sure that they were being accurate on condition of the item and no surprises on pricing, they are very upfront on everything. They handled every item with extreme care, wrapping everything from furniture to other items. They loaded and unloaded an entire house of furniture and boxes over the day, 4 guys did an awesome job! Don't hesitate and book these guys! I did a lot of research to find the right company and I'm so glad I found them! Thank you again!”

Gave me a temporary passcode so I could go pick out my spot and everything was done over the phone or by text. With our busy schedules I found that very convenient and they even gave a 10% for first responders!!!!!”

The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with questions or special requests. In fact, Jerry helped me out one day by noticing that I didn’t put my lock back on my storage unit so he called me Immediately! But in the meantime, he put on a temporary lock until I was able to come back days later!

“I have used this storage facility about 3 years but was over 4 years ago. In that time, the onsite working sweet elderly couple had greatly improved some of the units, if not all, with solid plywood additions inside the units to enable shelf emplacements and to improve safety between units, ensuring no gaps at the bottom or through the top roof of unit. I appreciated these efforts, since some fishing rods were snatched from another similarly styled storage shed in Corpus Christi through a small opening at the top between units. Though it's been over 3 years since I've rented at John's Rd. Mini Storage, I thought it well that I should mention these improvements in at least some of the units (my unit was on the first row, near the house).”

“Made reservation and completed rental - all on-line; convenient and easy. I received an access code by email and my unit was sealed with a welcome kit - including a lock - inside. Broke the seal and got to work. All same-day. Later, obtained second, smaller unit and was able to downsize as we moved things back into our home when the project was completed. Same efficient service. I am very happy with the service!”

I had a fantastic experience at Stor Self Storage in Fair Oaks! Eric helped me right before closing time, and even though it was late, he never rushed me. He took the time to walk me through available units, explain pricing, and go over the contract in detail. Since I’ve never had a storage unit before, his knowledge and patience meant everything — he made sure I fully understood how to access the facility and even got me completely set up on the spot.
His friendly, welcoming nature and outstanding hospitality truly went above and beyond. The facility itself is in a great location, the pricing is fair, and most importantly… it’s VERY clean! I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and well-run place to store their belongings. Huge shoutout to Eric — if I could give him 10 stars, I would! ?”
