“The store experienced a delayed opening due to national IT outage, but when they finally opened, the store was clean, well organized, employees pleasant still with smiles despite the disruption. Melissa in cosmetics was especially friendly and helpful at assessing and finding my match based on my preferences. One of the better JCP stores we've visited.”

“One stop shop for children’s books, old school inspired toys, cutest clothes, shoes (adults included), and dance supplies (everything from shoes to leotards plus all the accessories) and extremely helpful and courteous staff. Truly a gem of downtown.”

“Lots of deals available on the clothings. Nice staff and neat store. The Carter Oshkosh are together and many merchandise you may find it in same place. The clearance section doesn’t have much variety. There are seasonal specific clothing and the price is affordable.”

The store manager is one of the most helpful people, she might not be the friendliest, but she really will go through a lot of trouble to help out. She definitely goes above and beyond to help customers out. The key here is you do have to ask. If you shop here often enough, she remembers who you are.”
