“Nautica has been my favorite place for shirts, windbreakers and jackets and lots more, ever since I can remember. Good quality, perfect cut, variety of colors, dress and casual.Wish they were everywhere, I have to visit larger cities with outlet malls to find them. “I know other people had bad experiences but I honestly like that they don’t berate you with asking if you need help. The store manager is one of the most helpful people, she might not be the friendliest, but she really will go through a lot of trouble to help out. She definitely goes above and beyond to help customers out. The key here is you do have to ask. If you shop here often enough, she remembers who you are.”

“I've been coming here for years. Since 2014. They cherry pick on the buys. I've been lowballed and ripped off on high ticketed items. They seem to have a nice buyer who prices things fairly and a bad buyer who says she can't offer anymore than "that", don't be afraid to say no. And shop it to another location. I really miss Marika she was the best. Kenny is really nice and knowledgeable. The toy selection here is hot if you see it snag it. Stuff doesn't stay for long. I do enjoy this location. Although it has some drawbacks.”

“I ordered so much jewelry in the last four months on JCPenney‘s great jewelry sells, and I am telling you each one came and it’s individual box with a red bow. Each one came all beautiful and shiny. Totally every single product was outstanding. Also, I had an engagement ring coming for myself that was supposed to be here by Christmas Eve, and UPS lost it, I notified UPS of course and then I notified Jacie pennies and they offered to replace my ring if it wasn’t found within two days, even though it wasn’t their fault, it was UPS’s. Thank God UPS Found my ring, and it was delivered today! Thank you JC pennies”
