“I recently visited their store in plano, I must say the collection is classy and sophisticated, one may find really good pieces, specially men’s kurtas have great collection.. and it affordable, very similar to India prices!!! One can find a good kurta men or women for $40-$45!!”

“I don’t understand the negative reviews. It’s a resale shop, you can’t bring in your items thinking you are going to make money. I usually bring a couple of totes’ worth of clothes and shoes, get 20 or 30 bucks, and then I take what they didn’t want and drop it off at a donation bin. It’s not that serious. I’m just trying to make space in my kid’s closet.”

“We were in town visiting and loved how accesible these outlets were. We stopped into carters to do some shopping for our son. Loved how organized the store was and the 50% off items. I liked how everything was clearly labeled to what was on sale and the charts showing the discounts. Everyone was friendly and showed they care about their job. Will be back when in town as we were able to get our son set up with a ton of clothes for a while.”

It's the first place I go whenever I need a baby/sibling gift because I know they are well stocked with one of a kind ensembles and gifts. They also have the best team who are always willing to help and go out of their way to make sure I have what I need. “Came in for for an online order refund / size exchange. The staff was friendly and helpful, much better than the other reviews I’ve seen here.
My only complaint is that TR should handle online order exchanges / returns better in general as a company and not put the pressure of that on the TWO actual stores they have in DFW. Driving 45 min isn't awful for me, but not ideal when I bought these items online in the first place ?♀️”
“I know other people had bad experiences but I honestly like that they don’t berate you with asking if you need help. The store manager is one of the most helpful people, she might not be the friendliest, but she really will go through a lot of trouble to help out. She definitely goes above and beyond to help customers out. The key here is you do have to ask. If you shop here often enough, she remembers who you are.”
