I cannot say enough incredible things about Starr MVP Auto Collision. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
The woman who runs the front area was absolutely amazing. She was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful, making a stressful situation feel instantly manageable.
The estimator took the time to walk me through everything thoroughly, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions so I felt confident and informed every step of the way. They also have an in-house car rental company, BP Rentals, which made the entire process seamless and incredibly convenient.
Now for the work itself: unbelievable. My car needed quite a bit of work on the side panel, and when I picked it up, it looked better than it ever has. The repair was absolutely flawless and as an extra special bonus, they fully detailed the car. No repair company I’ve ever worked with has done that, and it truly set them apart. On top of that, everything was completed in just five days, which is remarkable given the scope of work.

“Unfortunately I've had to use Crash Champions a few times at this point. Fortunately I was able to use my man Marvin each time. He's not only kept me updated on the status of my car each time, he's has incredible customer service. I highly recommend him any time you have a collision. Unfortunately the drivers in Dallas don't necessarily obey the rules of the road, but Marvin makes sure that you are taken care of. Highly recommend him and Crash Champions. 10/10 The images are of the damage, I don't need to include the repairs because the car looks good as new.”
