“Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie”

“I don't even know how to properly express how amazing this team is!
I was without air conditioning for 5 weeks and slowly dying any time I had to drive my car. There was another mechanic that I was trying to work with, but their prices were fluctuating all over the place and I couldn't get a straight answer from them. On a whim of desperation one afternoon I scheduled with Driver's Edge and they got me in the next day, they were straight forward with their answers and their prices, and they fixed my car in a day and a half!
They basically saved me from being slowly killed by the heat and I highly recommend them!”

“Fantastic experience, there was a young man who came out to greet and assist me as I was crossing the parking lot and heading to the door. He was welcoming and helpful.
I needed a State Inspection, the Inspector was Ricky and again, fantastic. There was an issue with my gas cap, he educated me, just next door was an auto part store so he let me get a new one that worked great. His personality was kind and welcoming, knowledge was impressive and speed was helpful as I needed to get back to work.
I've had two interactions with this location over the past two years and both were above par.”

“My 330i hit the 50k mile range and it is around the time that it needs lots of maintenance. I was tired of getting ripped off by the dealer so a friend recommended me Blair automotive as I found an oil leak. Tyger and Jason were fantastic. Know very well about BMWs and explained me what was wrong and let me know that my car was in great hands. Great pricing on the fix and kept me up to date every day if anything happened. Car drives fantastic now and will happily come back to get my vehicle serviced again !”

“Prior to the new ownership I have used the Wainwright Way location for years for my auto needs. When I called for an appointment I was informed that while the company has changed hands this location has the same technicians. The front staff was to the point took care of my car needs and sent me on my way. That was appreciated. I don't have an issue with the current front staff however I am not pleased that the previous front staff was not longer employed there. They are what kept me driving the distance I did for that great customer service. Not ruling out this location but it sure isn't the same. Building that trust takes time. I also discovered that this current company does not offer loaner cars. That is disappointing.”

“Fast and they do a great job! I went in for an oil change and inspection. They were able to vacuum the driver side, windex the front windshield and also top off the fluids.
They did this in about 10mins. I'll definitely be back! Whatever the owner is doing or teaching the staff really pays off compared to other locations.”
