“I want to give a huge shoutout to Julie and Eli for their outstanding customer service, kindness, and genuine care. I came in for an oil change, and shortly afterward, my car battery completely died. What could have been a very frustrating and stressful experience turned into a reminder that there are still people who genuinely go above and beyond to help others. Julie, especially, deserves the biggest thank you! She went far beyond what was expected of her. She consistently checked in on me, walked me through my options, and advised me on the quickest way to resolve the issue by getting a new battery from a nearby store. She even went the extra mile to help me while I was trying to replace the battery myself. Her patience, compassion, and willingness to help truly meant a lot to me. Eli also stepped in to help, initially trying to jump-start the battery and later coming back to make sure I was okay and able to get back on the road safely. What stood out most was that neither of them made me feel like I was on my own dealing with the situation. They showed genuine concern and took the time to make sure I was okay, even beyond the original service I came in for. Julie and Eli, thank you both for your kindness and for turning a stressful situation into a much more manageable experience. Julie, your thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate you! Employees like you are what exceptional customer service looks like. You deserve to be recognized and appreciated for the way you treat people. Thank you both again! 🙏🏽”
