“When I needed to send a hard copy of an important document via fax I called Eagle Postal Express to inquire about the cost of service, but they didn't answer... As I continued to make calls elsewhere, I received a call-back from Eagle Postal Express and they ended up saving the day (and way more than that due to the service I suddenly needed). Their cost was about 1/3 of the price for the same service compared to the nationally known big brand stores. While I waited for my ~60 page fax to be completed I even shopped around in the store and found a birthday card for mom. Great service and very helpful. They went the extra mile by making the effort to call me and really saved me some money!”

“Both employees were very friendly. The gentleman who the other person said was the packing expert lived up to the billing. He did a great job rolling up a king size mattress topper and fitting it into a large box that he picked out for me after measuring it. Great customer service.”
