I had direct contact with two specific employees who made my experience top notch: Vanessa and Emely. Vanessa assisted me greatly during the initial consultation and offered me multiple options that better fit my budget as well as offered multiple suggestions to help make sure my design came out as I had envisioned. Emely also went above and beyond to make sure that one of my projects turned out with the exact desired specifications/look as intended. I will definitely make sure that this is my first stop for any future graphic design and printing needs uI have from here on out.”

I have been frequenting this UPS store for 15 years and have always been impressed with how helpful everyone is. Kathy, the manager, has been the glue that holds it all together.
I do a lot of online shopping so not only am I usually in the wrong place (USPS vs. UPS), sometimes I need help reboxing, etc.
Today, Kathy was an angel. Not only was I in the wrong place (returning to Kohls) but Amazon really wanted the broken lamp back after it had been assembled. I told Kathy I almost went somewhere else because I didn’t want to put her through the “boxing” of the return. Instead of sending me on to ruin someone’s shift, she disassembled the lamp (I tried but couldn’t) and then bagged it up for the person at Kohls to make it easier for them. But as usual, she’s always going above and beyond.”
