“I don't typically leave reviews, but I felt the need to leave one this time after leaving. I've been coming here for quite a while now, and while I shop here a lot, it's almost always been because of the proximity to my work and not because it's been my 'favorite' place... that was until recently.
During the past year that I've been shopping here it's mostly been one guy behind the counter. I've never gotten his name but if I'm being honest he's always been quite rude, and in most cases comes across as very low energy or lazy. This place has only worked for me because it's been so close to my job after moving here, but the actual shopping experience has always been one I've dreaded. Jump ahead to a month or so ago and that all completely changed. I haven't seen the usual guy recently and instead I've been met with two faces that are new to me, Chloe and Payton. Since they showed up they have been WONDERFUL to shop with and have turned this place from somewhere I would only shop at because it was easy, to somewhere I go out of my way to shop at because I want to keep coming back. They answer all my questions, they are always full of energy with a smile on their face, and the most important thing is that you can tell they WANT to be here unlike the guy that used to work here. I don't know what happened to that other guy but I'm glad to see that whoever runs this place cares enough to try and breathe some fresh air into it by hiring people who actually do their jobs well. Just a few months ago I would've given this place two stars (maybe two and a half if you really stretch it.) but now that's changed to a full FIVE STARS!! ?
For the manager/owner... you're doing great with these new changes!!! I actually can't wait to see what other changes get made to keep making this place better than it used to be, but the two new faces have been a GREAT change.”

The store is always extremely clean, well-organized, and doesn't have that overwhelming stale smoke smell that some places do. What really sets them apart is the staff- Madison helped me out today and took the time to answer all my questions about different vape coils and juice flavors without making me feel rushed. She is super knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you find what fits your needs rather than just pushing the most expensive item. Prices are fair and competitive with other shops around town, plus their loyalty program actually gives good perks. Highly recommend!”

“Nice place... very friendly staff... I'm not from Texas, but during my time in this state, I have met alot of very mean-spirited and unhappy anti-social people... however, this shop (both staff and clientele) really showed a different side, everybody was very warm and welcoming... I will definitely come back here sometime if I'm ever able (hopefully I will be).
There's actually 2 humidor rooms (a small one and a medium-sized one) to hold their selection. There's no Diesels nor Aladinos, but there's plenty of Arturo Fuentes, as well plenty of sticks in the lower $10 range as well more special sticks in the $30 range... there's 2 total TVs (though I don't see why you would necessarily need more than that)... people leave bottles of liquor behind to share for free, if you're just a smoker (but certainly a paying smoker) who wants to come in and bum some alcohol (lol)... cans of cold Coca-Cola are provided complimentary to paying smokers as well... the location does not do memberships nor lockers (if that's what you were looking for), though that's not necessarily a drawback because this particular establishment is clearly trying to go for a more 'open-house' customer experience policy... there also seems to be coffee (although I didn't try any)... VERY nice place, would definitely recommend. 👍 👍”
