“As someone who enjoys a great cigar, I prefer to smoking outside on my patio as it provides an opportunity to disconnect and truly be in the moment. That said, the weather does not always allow for that to happen which means I have to head indoors. While I have visited a few lounges in the DFW, none of them felt like a place I could call home. That all changed when I visited Blue Smoke. My initial visit was to attend an event that featured the 'toy-maker' himself...Carlito Fuente Jr. (chairman and visionary of Arturo Fuente Cigars). As to be expected, the place was packed as many showed up to smoke with Carlito plus to take advantage of the numerous Fuente cigars that were available for the event. Even though it was crowded, I was able sense the vibe of Blue Smoke and vowed to return on a non-event day. My return visit occurred one week later, and Blue Smoke did not disappoint. They have a couple of humidors which are well-stocked with a great selection of cigars. As for the lounge area, there is an area upfront that includes comfortable seating along with a TV which is usually showing a sporting event. Go beyond the front area, and there is an even larger lounge area that contains more comfortable seating, a couple of more TVs, plus an area with ice, glasses etc. On my return visit, it felt so comfortable that I purchased a membership which includes a humidor locker. Additionally, the membership includes $40 of complimentary cigars per month which the staff adds to the lockers at the beginning of each month. As the staff decides what will be added, this makes for a nice monthly surprise. As for the staff, Jay (the owner) and the team are amazing!!! In addition to being friendly and welcoming, they know their humidor and can make some awesome recommendations (if needed). Lastly, Blue Smoke is BYOB.”

“This place in Coppell is the killer spot for cigars, sheesha, vapes and all smoking needs. They have a lot of flavors of Geekbar pulse and other brands. I asked for the new Lost Mary and the employee told me that the manager will have them by this week :). The prices are amazing and they have deals on the vapes and cigars. Plus, their loyalty program is the best one. It is a one stop shop for all your smoking needs. Will be back for more.”

“I visited this evening bcuz I had 3 of 8 items I purchased on tuesday had some issue that made them useless, so I was hoping that I would be able to exchange them for the same value, if not with exactly what I was bringing to exchange. BOTH Francisco, and the gentleman he was working tonight's shift with ( all apologies 4 not being able to remember his name ) went above & beyond to resolve my issue entirely, which they did successfully & professionally while still keeping me smiling the entire time they were taking care of a problem that I wasn't sure I would be able to resolve to the extent I would leave entirely satisfied with when all was said & done. TY & props for having employees that execute excellent customer service/support. 7 of 5 stars, fior the overall experience & two great sales people that have earned my respect & appreciation.
