“I had an absolutely outstanding experience at House of Smoke in Addison! From start to finish, Marley made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive—especially while I took my time deciding what I wanted. She never made me feel rushed and answered all of my questions with genuine care and expertise. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend asking for Marley. “We’re in Dallas on a business trip and I accidentally left my backpack with my work computer behind my chair when I left. I was relieved when I called this morning and they had my bag waiting for me. Big shout out to the guys at the shop for being classy and saving me from an enormous headache. Thank you!”

“The lady was very respectful and patient with me at this location! I only had a certain amount on my card, and my husband's card wasn't in his wallet. I was ready to put something back, when the lady made a call to her boss and they only charged me $49 when the original price was $57! Just comped the rest of the money!! What a blessing! I was so thankful they did that for me. They'll definitely get my service again!”
