He swapped out our battery in the 100 degree heat and did it with a smile. Totally want above and beyond the call of duty. Rick, the owner is very nice and professional. Had some issues with the way the insurance company paid the claim to the shop, Rick was very cool and didn't want me to have to wait another day to get my car, and let me take it even though he hadn't been fully paid.

The only draw back is getting a rental car if needed.They do offer, but you have to deal with the Enterprise down the street and the cars smell like people smoke in them. Two rentals over the past two years and both reeked of cigarettes.”

I’m very picky with my paint and body work and Ray went way beyond my expectations and proved him to not only be highly skilled and experienced, he also sincerely cared for me and my car. This is not the typical shop where you first meet a customer representative, someone else is apprising and a third guy is doing the actual work, the most important guy and you don’t even get to meet him! I just purchased a new Honda HRV and someone tried to break in by lifting up
My window guard. I ordered the part from Honda and took it to have it put on. Honda of Rockwall acted as if they didn’t know if the part would just pop on or be complex. The parts guy at Honda told me it should pop on and off, but the service guy told me it was complex and would be $189. I took my car to Lakeside Chevrolet Collision center and Mr. Jeff popped it on for me in 2 minutes free of charge! I’ve always had a great experience here, even in the past when I had my
