I had an alarming problem with a banking law concerning my account. Malachi alerted us to the problem and solved it quickly and professionally. What a nice and smart young man! We have banked with Southside over 30 years and besides being solid financially, the people have been a pleasure to work with.

I recently had a problem with fraud on my account which took over a week to resolve when I finally got to the bank Chance Hyles resolve my problem in less than 5 minutes I just wish there was a way I could thank him more thank you Southside Bank
