“The ambiance inside and outside are excellent. The overall area gives good vibes and the lake is absolutely splendid. It's a good place for dining and partying in groups. The area offers options for walking/running/jogging by the lakeside. During nights, the area lights up well and is quite safe for taking walks along the lakeside.”

“We’ve been living at Oxford at Lakeview for about a year now, and our experience has been excellent. The apartments themselves are very nice—well laid out, modern, and comfortable. Everything has worked great in our unit, and if we ever did have a minor issue, maintenance has been incredible. Every time we’ve put in a request, they came the same day and fixed it right away. It’s such a relief knowing things are taken care of quickly and professionally.
The property is also very well maintained. The grounds are kept clean, the landscaping is mowed weekly, and the pool is serviced several times a week, so it’s always sparkling and ready to use. Valet trash runs consistently every day except the scheduled off days.
Another big plus is the peace and quiet here. We’ve never had issues with loud parties or disruptive neighbors. On top of that, the office staff has always been polite, approachable, and willing to help with any questions or concerns.
Overall, Oxford at Lakeview is a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live. The combination of nice apartments, attentive staff, and great upkeep of the community makes it a place we’re really happy to call home.”

“I haven’t moved in yet, but I can’t wait to move into this wonderful complex! They have the best staff. Ryan is amazing! When I first called, I had so many questions, and she was so patient and kind with me. She has so wonderfully help me and my roommate find an apartment, and helped with the transfer. They have a beautiful landscape with an amazing pool, hot tub, and fire pit! They even had a Thanksgiving feast for their tenants when I stopped by! I am so excited to be here!”

“Tower Bay Lofts provides a great atmosphere for home on the lake in apartment style! The staff does its best to address the needs of tenants. I had a great experience working with Erin to view a few units and she helped me narrow it down to the most suitable home for me and my dog. She was very efficient and thorough in getting my approval processed and had me ready to get moved in no time! Erin has a very welcoming personality and is incredibly positive when dealing with potential and now current tenants!”
“Millennium Place has probably been my best apartment experience to date. Firstly, the move in specials were an HUGE steal! It’s a tremendous value for such a nice property. The apartments are very spacious with great fixtures and amenities. I’m especially loving my ample patio space with a pool view :)
All the office staff have been awesome and friendly. Alyssa was super helpful and kind in making my move in experience fast and smooth. Perla was very warm and took the time to gently explain when I had some issues with my dishwasher :) and while I’ve not had much experience with Natasha she’s been very pleasant in my brief interactions.
My dishwasher had some issues and maintenance was quick to take care of the problem. The grounds are also kept very clean and are well maintained.
Lastly the community events have been quite a sweet touch. My neighbors have also been very friendly and kind as I’ve met them in the hallways and elevator etc. It truly feels like such a family here and I highly recommend checking it out!”

“I have been in Dane park for 3 years and it’s been great times and not so great but the team we have now is amazing. I spoke to Monica about the trash one time and she assured me she would get it taken care of. As you can see people just need patience. Thank you new team for removing the trash. Happy I can wake up now with out smelling trash.”

“You don't really know what you have until it's gone. I lived her for only a year and at the time I might have written a more meh review of the place. But after having lived where I currently am for two years I miss Waterwalk. The staff are super nice and are very willing to help no matter. The apartments are new and the location is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was its a little pricey for how small the apartments are. And the amenities aren't that great. Like the coffee bar and dog area are just a Keurig and a patch of grass. But if you have the cash in your budget its a great place to live.”

“Our Home — Hello and good day to anyone reading this review. I’ll start off saying my wife and I do not give a review right away; in this case it has been months now. WE LOVE IT. Town creek is not just an apartment for us but our home. They welcomed us in from day one compared to Town Lake next door, “rude people”. Town Creek keeps up, the grounds are kept nice, the dumpsters are emptied often, if anything breaks Joseph and Lamont are on it before you have time to hang up. JoAnn is our Hero she went above and beyond to secure our spot here at Town Creek and we couldn’t be more thankful. I don’t care what all the other reviews say. Some people you just can’t please, this is not a brand-new complex, so with age comes issues but they will continue to stay on top of your needs to be comfortable here. DeAnna is always prompt to answer the phone and get on top of any issues we have and we appreciate her for that. We do have 2 little boys so for entertainment the Andrew Brown park is within walking distance, our boys love it, and it is huge ?. The pool and hot tub are great for entertainment on site, beautiful pool area and additionally there is a nice playground for kids. We won’t be going anywhere anytime soon unless they kick us out.
