“Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.

“I was recommended this shop by many friends, they have my 21’ STI that was initially brought in for a boost leak test. Upon looking over the car they also found other issues that were very important such as misrouted vacuum lines and an oil leak at my turbo and brought them to my attention immediately. They have answered the phone every time I’ve called for an update and they are fair on the price. I ended up also requesting a tune as they have a dyno in house and that is always going to be more trustworthy than road pulls. 10/10.”

I can’t say enough good things about this body shop! Andrea and the lady at the front desk provided AMAZING customer service from start to finish. They were so sweet, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of.
They helped me with everything — even my rental — and took so much stress off my shoulders during a really overwhelming situation. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car, and I could truly feel how much they wanted to help after everything I had gone through with my previous car issues.
I’m so grateful for them. They really blessed me, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work and even better customer service! ???

“There is a previous review indicating that Joe is was rude to a potential client. I am willing to argue that this couldn't be further from the truth.
My vehicle was dinged in a parking garage, no major damage, just a small scratch. I had contacted Joe after locating him on Google get an estimate, and he made time to meet me two days later. Upon his inspection of the vehicle, he said he could take care of the scratch quickly (in addition to 2 others unrelated to the garage incident) and did not feel right charging me as he knew this would be a quick fix, despite my attempts to do so. I suspect his rates are competitive based on other reviews.
Joe completed his work in under 15 minutes, and there was no evidence the garage ding had ever occurred. The unexpected kindness from a total stranger blew me away.
