Haven’t been to a Best Buy in years. Was clean and well stocked. Elise helped us with a new business laptop and worked with us to figure out what best fit our needs and found us an open box type item to save some money. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Would recommend working with her!

The OneBlade part I needed was no longer available because mine is an older model. However I lucked in to asking the right guy about it! Caleb not only owns the same model but directed me to the only two retailers who still sell them. True service with a smile, hang on to my man Caleb.
