“I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”

“The Good (The Bad below): The Showroom is fantastic and had quite a variety of things to look at. You can get lost easily! The staff was extremely nice and while at the store I felt like I was getting a premium experience.The Bad: The freight company that delivered a large item dropped the pallet (with damaged and incorrect product on it) on our driveway and left. They didn't ring the doorbell and it was sitting outside for a few hours. Ferguson did refund the incorrect item, but they also left me with an errand and a to-do list. When I complained about the freight company to Ferguson, I got the standard line of "We contract delivery with various third parties."I get that, but this one should be reviewed because the premium experience stopped the second that pallet was dropped off and that reflects on Ferguson, not the freight company.”

Most of the employees are very nice here, especially the cashiers. There is one large guy that goes around obnoxiously asking people if they need help and then not offering anything useful. Other than that guy, I enjoy shopping here and find the rest of the staff to be friendly and helpful.”
