The instructors were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging, making everyone feel comfortable regardless of their cooking experience. They took the time to answer questions, demonstrate techniques clearly, and made the entire evening both educational and fun.
The class was well organized, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was such a great hands-on experience. If you’re looking for a unique date night, a fun activity with friends, or simply want to learn something new, I highly recommend taking a class here. We’ll definitely be back for another one!”

Showed up at 7:30am, staff was very nice, got me the replacement part, and was out by 7:33am.
Part replaced and AC is humming along just fine.

“I wanted to share what a great experience I have been having lately at the Southlake Home Depot.
John, Chris, and Jackie helped me pick up supplies for my son’s birthday and they were fantastic. They took the time to walk through options with me and really made sure I found everything I needed. It was one of those experiences where you can tell people actually care about helping rather than just pointing you to an aisle.
I also have to thank Sandra for helping me with a mulch order when I was not able to pick it up on time because of my husband’s schedule. She handled everything so kindly and made what could have been a hassle incredibly easy.
I grew up here and have always shopped at Home Depot. In the past there were definitely times when you might have to wait a bit for help or track someone down if you needed something. It never bothered me much because I have always liked their selection better than other stores.
Lately though something has clearly changed. I cannot walk into the store without someone asking if I need help. The associates are friendly, proactive, and genuinely helpful. It feels like people actually care about the customers and want to make sure you find what you need.
Whoever is leading that store right now is doing a great job. The difference in the level of service is noticeable and really appreciated.

“I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”
“My wife and I went in to take a look at grills with no intention of purchasing one that day but to see what was out there other than just Home Depot. There is certainly more and way higher quality grills to be had at this store but what was the best surprise was zero hassle. We felt no pressure and got amazing advice from Michael. He shared the benefits of each model and price points of each grill with deep knowledge and friendly advice. We did not purchase a grill that day and when we left, they thanked us for stopping by. We called back up to get one two days later from Michael. The grill works great so far and we are very pleased.”
“We are doing a whole house remodel, and Lindsay has been stellar in advising us as we’ve selected faucets, lighting, mirrors, sinks, a tub, cabinet hardware.
She is detailed oriented and knows the products very well. She knows which finishes coordinate between different brands, and is very good at advising on design needs.
We will be back because Lindsay nailed it with customer service, and we are very grateful for the time she has spent helping us with our project.”

Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, took time to answer all of our questions and made sure we had all of the information we needed when we left.
