“They open the door exactly at 0500, door 20, the receiving office man was very polite and assigned me a dock door instantly, as soon as I backed onto my door, they immediately started to unload me, I was done in less than 45 minutes! They’ve improved their service since the last reviews. Overnight parking is very limited!”

“My son's Iphone 12 quit turning on. We assumed it was the battery. We originally took it across the street to a different repair shop(we went to the 1st one we saw on google). They said it wasn't the battery but needed a new screen. They referred us to this store. When we went and explained the situation (that it may need a new screen), they advised that it would cost $121 for a new screen. After a few hours, we came back and the phone was like brand new and working beautifully. IT WAS THE BATTERY! And the cost of a new battery was $80. So we were not scammed! The gentleman at the front (may have been an owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. This is where we will come every time we need Iphone repair. Very happy with this repair shop!”

“I had a Macbook fixed here several years ago and it continues to work great. I moved our company over to all Apple products and at the time BAM didnt have what we needed in stock so we went with another company "MacDaddy" We spent several thousand dollars there and one of the Macbooks I bought had a keyboard issue. They only have a 30 day warranty so they didnt want to help. They did "fix the Macbook" But after a terrible experience with the owner (go read my review on their site) I decided to return to BAM. and I am BAM glad I did. I told them to fix my Macbook correctly. Turns out my Macbook had coffee dried in the bottom of the case, half of the screws were missing and they taped the keyboard to get it to work. It needed a top case replacement. He fixed it but I didnt trust the computer. BAM bought it from me and sold me a new Macbook and what a great deal. We will be doing business with BAM from now on. Thank you guys for your dedication and customer service!!! You have earned my companies business!!!!”

“We heard about Computer CPR through a mutual friend. I’m so glad I took my laptop to them and not Geek Squad! All I needed was a new battery and I had my computer back in less than 48 hours! The cost was minimal and it was the easiest process I’ve ever experienced! “We were well cared for during our visit. From a kind greeting to being looked after right on our appointment time. The two people (Victoria & Tony - both 5 stars) who looked after us were awesome! The only place the store might improve is their internet speed! We forgot to update one of our devices before our appointments so it needed to be done…. It took over an hour! I know this is a super busy store, but it’s an Apple Store! You think they could have a little faster internet…. Just make sure you you make an appointment for service, and don’t forget to update everything before you get there…”

“I must say I like how easy it is to drop in and buy what I need without having to stand in line at the main checkout. Easy peasy! Their techs are super helpful and know their products. Recently, I lost my apple ear pod pros and cannot live without them.Popped in and went straight to the cell phone area, asked for the ear pods and was out of there in 5 minutes.It was great that you can check out in the department making it easy to process the transaction.I have shopped here many times to pick up my gadgets. “If you need printing help- go here! I went two days in a row, each day was helped by a different young woman in the print area- and each day smooth and awesome. I didn’t catch either of their names, but the first woman helped me with the layout of my project and managed to help a few other customers while getting mine done perfectly. Today, this woman printed my two docs so fast and then didn’t even charge me! It was so kind and thoughtful! And because of these two ladies, this is the only location I’ll ever come to to print!! Thank you!!”
