“Spencer and the team at Dynamic Dent are awesome! My wife had quite a bit of hail damage on her Ford Explorer and we went to Spencer to help us out. The entire process moved through seamlessly, and they handled everything from working with the insurance company, to getting needed parts, and doing all repairs. Literally all we had to do was drop off the car. He was even kind enough to pick me up from the rental car facility when I returned the rental when our car was complete. The entire process took 2-3 weeks where other companies had quoted us months. And the result looks like new. If you need any body work, this is your guy!”

“This is my second repair job with Alex's Paint and Body Shop. My car was hit in a parking lot and while not terribly damaged the paint on the right fender/bumper was scraped down to the metal. Caesar and the guys did a great job repainting the bumper as well as returning the car to me ahead of schedule. This is the second time I've used Alex and the second time they have done an outstanding job. I highly recommend Alex's for any repair and painting.”

“Great team, Garret the service advisor was fantastic and super helpful, the general manager is a GREAT guy, very friendly and hands on and willing to get involved to help if needed. If I do ever need more body work done, knock on wood I don't, but if I do I'll absolutely be coming back to them. I needed this done on an honestly kinda unrealistic time frame with it being a holiday and all, because I had to be back at work in West Texas on a specific day, and they got it all finished before I had to roll out and looking like a brand new truck. Really went above and beyond, on Christmas week no less. Very grateful and appreciative to all the guys who worked together to get it done.”

“I call Sam “Copperfield” because he is a magician when it comes to fixing cars. I was referred to him by a fellow Lamborghini owner and entrusted Sam with my month old Mercedes GLC coupe that my wife had a minor front bumper/fender accident with. Not only did Sam fix the car under promised time and more than half off what mercedes quoted me but the job was perfect. I can’t tell it was ever painted and damaged.
Sam was also so kind and professional and communicated so well throughout. He does high end work for high end cars with high end overall experience.

“My husband’s 2018 Ford F150 truck got stuck in a horrific hail storm up on Colorado in July 2024. It was covered with a multitude of large pelts all over the hood, roof and two doors, broken tail light and shattered window deflectors. State Farm assessed it to be about $5000 damage with most repairs to be completed as PDR. We took it up to Grapevine Collision, who we have used in the past for other body related issues, and after evaluation by Mikayla were told there was NO WAY any PDR could be done due to the extension damage and could not believe that State Farm suggested it. Mikayla was absolutely amazing through the entire process of repairs that took 7 weeks and kept us apprised of all the steps being taken to repair our truck the way it should be repaired. They replaced the roof, the hood and two doors which included significant body repair, painting, sanding, more painting, pin striping, the back left tail light, and even re-installed various after factory deflectors that were on the truck, along with a tool box. Mikayla is our go-to gal and we cannot thank her and her team enough for the outstanding work they performed on our truck. The technicians created a work of art and did some very extensive work on his truck that took a good long while, but it was so worth it. His truck literally looks like a brand new vehicle. We are incredibly pleased and grateful for Grapevine Collision and especially for Mikayla who was right there with us every step of the way. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this body shop! Andrea and the lady at the front desk provided AMAZING customer service from start to finish. They were so sweet, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of.
They helped me with everything — even my rental — and took so much stress off my shoulders during a really overwhelming situation. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car, and I could truly feel how much they wanted to help after everything I had gone through with my previous car issues.
