“I had a fantastic experience renting from Budget Car Rental, largely thanks to Asad. When I needed to extend my reservation at the last minute, he went out of his way to adjust my dates and found me the lowest possible price for the extension — no hassle, no upselling, just genuine help. On top of that, he upgraded my car to a better model at no extra cost, which was a really pleasant surprise.
What stood out most was how smooth and stress-free the entire process was. Asad handled everything efficiently and made sure I didn’t have to jump through hoops or spend extra time sorting things out myself. His friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference in my rental experience.
I’ll definitely be requesting Asad again next time I rent from Budget, and I’d recommend asking for him if you’re looking for excellent, no-stress service. Highly recommend this location!”
“My first day in Texas and my truck got hit. These guys did everything they could to get me into a rental. I had a previous do not rent from Illinois after making a smaller than a dime spot on a car bumper. The manager did some magic after I showed him the picture and got me into a rental. Put me in a full-size rebel ram. Him and his staff were amazing. The level of customer service I received that day and others went above and beyond my expectations. I've never rented from an enterprise rental store that was this friendly and professional. Whomever trained this team did an outstanding job. Great job team! “I rented a care July 24 - July 31. I could not ask for a better experience! I reserved the car online and when I got to Budget, there was a duplicate paid rental. Justin was very helpful, he showed me the number to call, the reference number to give them and was overall - very courteous and helpful! My car was ready - I just needed to give him my driver’s license and I was gone. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The return was even easier! I will be renting from this location again when I need a car.”
“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”
