“We were very pleased and impressed with our sales person, Siegfried Ehmke at Design Floors. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and honest and followed up during and after the install. He ordered a sample tile that they didn’t have at the showroom and even called me on his day off to let me know it had arrived. Their prices are competitive. We had tile installed in a previously carpeted room and the installers were great. They came when they were supposed to, were very careful and skilled at their job. I highly recommend the team at Design Floors and will not hesitate to use them in the future!”

We dashed over to this location for assistance - and Stephanie was a doll, getting us fixed up. Thank you Kirklands for such a wonderful Responsive team and quick support. “Ollie's is NOT a nice store at all but they have LOTS of items at VERY REASONABLE prices. The inventory is constantly changing but the variety is always there. I get nuts of every kind at good prices, toiletries, also. I get dog supplies at times and summer items at others. There are few employees so not much in the way of service. Just have patience and low expectations and you'll do GREAT!”

“Trevor is a flooring savant. A tiling artiste, even. Tell her what you're trying to do and watch her start coming up with ideas and things you've never even thought of. Tithe all your best snacks to her immediately because this is the least you can do for this absolute retail sales wizard. What good fortune this company fell backwards into when they hired this model employee and human being. I don't know who their CEO is, but Trevor should be if she wants. She should also be given a free bathroom or kitchen remodel any time she chooses at her own place, plus tons of art supplies or gift cards to art supplies stores. Be advised: This is your next Monet or Van Gogh or Criss Angel. i.e. The best of the best. Are you paying attention, world?!”

“Apex Plumbing is a throwback to what stores should be - incredibly knowledgeable staff with a loyal customer base that take the time to ensure you have exactly what you need without paying more than necessary. I came in with a faulty valve, and they took the time in store to take it apart and help me rebuild it, since the part is no longer made. Go here for your plumbing needs.”

“We took the "Flavors of France" cooking class for a date night here recently and had an absolute blast. Chef Michael was an excellent teacher and was so personable and entertaining that we felt at home the entire time. Some highlights included learning the proper technique for cooking a steak, and an unbelievably easy (yet crazy delicious) method for making a pear tart dessert.”

Not only are the materials high quality, but the people who work at the showroom are even more superior. Whether it's looking at tile options in the main showroom or selecting slabs in that department, the experience is wonderful. “The Good (The Bad below): The Showroom is fantastic and had quite a variety of things to look at. You can get lost easily! The staff was extremely nice and while at the store I felt like I was getting a premium experience.The Bad: The freight company that delivered a large item dropped the pallet (with damaged and incorrect product on it) on our driveway and left. They didn't ring the doorbell and it was sitting outside for a few hours. Ferguson did refund the incorrect item, but they also left me with an errand and a to-do list. When I complained about the freight company to Ferguson, I got the standard line of "We contract delivery with various third parties."I get that, but this one should be reviewed because the premium experience stopped the second that pallet was dropped off and that reflects on Ferguson, not the freight company.”
