“We took the "Flavors of France" cooking class for a date night here recently and had an absolute blast. Chef Michael was an excellent teacher and was so personable and entertaining that we felt at home the entire time. Some highlights included learning the proper technique for cooking a steak, and an unbelievably easy (yet crazy delicious) method for making a pear tart dessert.”
