I got here about 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and Tracy called me back 2 minutes later. She was super nice and did a great job with no pain. Highly recommend this location.”

“This place is called fastest for a reason, in and out in a flash! I’ve never had to take a drug test for work in my life, so I truly had no idea what to expect, but Darius made the whole thing easy. Darius works quick, but he was kind, respectful, and professional the whole way answering all my questions. In and out, and back to life, but for the moment I was there, I couldn’t have had a better experience.”

“Open till 5 should mean open till 5. If you are only accepting patents till 4, your hours should say till 4pm. I walked in the 1st time I tried to get my test done at 403pm and I couldn't get it done that day. Change how you show your hours.”
“I had a great experience getting my blood drawn this morning at Quest Diagnostics. The customer service was excellent—the staff was professional, courteous, and made the process smooth and efficient.
One suggestion I have is to add signage outside of Tom Thumb to indicate that Quest is located inside the building. It can be a bit frustrating to navigate, especially for first-time visitors, and clear directions would make the experience.”
“I really don't like visiting the doctors here because the care is terrible, but my wife insisted that I attend the clinic because she was treated by a very kind Dr. Indeed, the Dr.'s attention was very pleasant. The doctors here barely see you and don't even touch you, she took the time to examine me and even ask me how my family, my work was going! I highly recommend the clinic, its staff and the Honduran doctor.”

“I rarely give a five-star review unless everything was exactly perfect. And that's hard to do because no one is perfect. However as a person who has their blood taken often due to health issues with cholesterol etc I have to continually have my blood drawn. I've used the other well-known company many times until recently Blue Cross Blue Shield stopped allowing me to utilize LabCorp and now I went to this location for the first time. I made an appointment with my information online. Received a confirmation number. I arrived to my appointment and went to the kiosk entered my information and had a seat. Almost immediately an extremely nice and professional gentleman named Stanley called me back for the blood draw. Not only was Stanley engaging during the entire process, he allowed me to ask him multiple questions regarding various things. His body language, demeanor and basically his vibe was amazing. I was completely at ease as he made me feel completely comfortable in that setting which can sometimes cause one to get anxious during a blood draw. Many people are quick to give negative feedback as I will do the same when I have a bad experience. I always like to provide honest feedback whether it's positive or negative. In this situation I can only say that this experience exceeded every expectation I had of receiving this blood draw procedure. Kudos to Stanley. I appreciate his kindness and he even utilized a butterfly needle without me even having to ask for it. He was awesome. Definitely a five-star individual. Hopefully I will be able to ask for him next time when I go back for my future blood draws. ??”
“In my travels from N.Y. to Japan it was brought to my attention at my connection in DFW that a COVID test was required. After a search I went to i3 Diagnostics where Chetna the lab tech was very friendly,helpful,gentle,knowledgeable & professional .”

“I made an appointment a few days before my draw date because I had to be fasting for these labs. I was able to get a convenient early morning appointment time. I was reminded via text the morning of my appointment on how to check in remotely-via my phone. I was seen promptly upon arrival-only had to wait 10 minutes maximum. the technicians are professional and kind. They are also efficient-they not only have to draw the blood, they have to manage the administrative aspects as well, such as checking insurance. I APPRECIATE having this location available. it is always clean.”
“I've had two tests (EMMA and Urine mycotoxin) with RealTime Labs. I've talked to Paul several times. Every interaction has been incredibly professional and knowledgeable and I always hang up the phone with exponentially more information (and power!) than when I began the call. Their lab is trustworthy and proven and I've had a poor experience with another lab, which demonstrates RTL's commitment to science and customer service. My mold exposure situation has been so stressful and RTL has given me the information, tools, and resources I need to heal.”

“I had a GREAT experience at LSIP for an MRI of my hand, particially my thumb. The out of pocket cost of $375 vs all my other insurance claims with other companies of $490 to $1000 is unmatched, so I highly recommend. Just 1 piece of advice, no one uses CD-ROMs anymore, so burning images to CD's is a bit dated. Please move to storing images on USB/Flash drives. I have my images but no way of accessing them.”
