Today as I picked up my phone to call Live Well with questions about my new script, Laura the pharmacist was already calling me with answers to all the questions I was going to ask! She had already reached out to insurance and my doctors office to clear up what dosage would be covered! She also got the doctor to send in the new dosage, and asked him his recommendation on taking the new dosage. Wow! You can't beat that kind of proactive service!”

“I recently switched to this Walmart pharmacy, from the typical CVS and Walgreens, out of pure desperation. I other pharmacies always had rude employees that were impatient, rude and made me feel like they were doing me a favor. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service offered by the staff here at Walmart, as I had no idea what to expect from their pharmacy. Friendly, patient and so informative are a few words that come to mind. On multiple occasions at their drive-thru, when my prescriptions were too large to fit through the tube, they brought it outside to my car!!! Only downside are the hours - they should be open earlier and close later in my opinion. Otherwise, I'm so glad I have switched and will be staying as long as the service remains this amazing!”

“SERENA!!! Lately after the pharmacy has constantly changed pharmacists and lack of staff , the customer service has been lacking as well. EXCEPT FOR SERENA!! My call required more time. With outstanding patience , she helped me find a solution to my problem even before I told her the emergent reason that I needed the medication. Serena showed genuine empathy and for the first time in a very long time at this pharmacy , I wasn't rushed! Being in the medical field as an MA and Certified Phlebotomist , I completely understand inadequate staffing as well as working in fast paced environments. Serena is like me - she focused on the patient in front of her / on the phone instead of rushing or panicking. Please PLEASE GIVE SERENA A RAISE! Serena is definitely a fabulous example to follow among her coworkers.”

“March 2023: 5: I would recommend this location. The store has gotten rid of the video rental machine that was here. I stopped by this location to pick up fruit, snacks, and food for the evening. I was happy to find some of the snacks were discounted as well. I guess if it is discounted, then it's probably meant for the same day consumption. Whaaaa...I have to eat the WHOLE cake. Ahm, yeah, no problem. I have not had any difficulty with any workers at this store location. The parking areas are fairly new and offers more handicapped parking areas. Feb2022: I would recommend this location. I needed help on several occasions for items that I couldn't find and one of the workers helped me. Can you imagine that? I got help from a store employee when I asked for help!! I have gone to the customer service counter and I have always been helped in a timely fashion. This visit was a five (5 ) visit. The self checkout lanes are almost always working with a cashier nearby to help with any issue. On many occasions I have come here and have been able to get in and out quickly. I think this is one of my favorite locations. The employees at the front are always friendly and the the cashiers are always there to help with the self-checkout. The fruit and vegetable aisle is always neat without items on the floor or in the aisles. Each time I've gone into the store, the shelves were stocked with items and they were fronted for customer purchase. I checked the restroom while I was there and each time I've gone in it is always fairly clean without paper and items on the floor.”

Upon his first return, the flavor I was looking for the store just did not have it anywhere, but he volunteered to go back into the inventory room and retrieve another flavor that would work for me. In my complete encounter with him, he volunteered to assist in every way even though he was in the middle of another task when I first ran into him. Please give him additional vacation days! Treat him to lunch several times a week! And throw in a company car as well, would you!?”
