“Small problem when I picked up my prescription yesterday, there was some kind of glitch in there system. It was showing that my prescription cough syrup was filled and ready for pick up in their computer. The girl was frustrated and keep going on and on about she didn't fill that one yet. She kept saying it over and over with increasing frustration, making a scene behind the counter. Meanwhile the line was getting long. She knew she was going to have to fill it again and that would put the counts off. And then when she tried to check out my prescriptions their was another issue with it not scanning the QR code so I had to be moved to another register and wait my turn again. She obviously need to take a break and gather her feelings because it was quite embarrassing to me, that she was making such a huge deal over filling my prescription. I obviously didn't cause the problem, but felt like a spectacle. Kind of wish they would have told me to come back in 10 minutes while they figured it out.”

“I recently switched to this Walmart pharmacy, from the typical CVS and Walgreens, out of pure desperation. I other pharmacies always had rude employees that were impatient, rude and made me feel like they were doing me a favor. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service offered by the staff here at Walmart, as I had no idea what to expect from their pharmacy. Friendly, patient and so informative are a few words that come to mind. On multiple occasions at their drive-thru, when my prescriptions were too large to fit through the tube, they brought it outside to my car!!! Only downside are the hours - they should be open earlier and close later in my opinion. Otherwise, I'm so glad I have switched and will be staying as long as the service remains this amazing!”

“March 2023: 5: I would recommend this location. The store has gotten rid of the video rental machine that was here. I stopped by this location to pick up fruit, snacks, and food for the evening. I was happy to find some of the snacks were discounted as well. I guess if it is discounted, then it's probably meant for the same day consumption. Whaaaa...I have to eat the WHOLE cake. Ahm, yeah, no problem. I have not had any difficulty with any workers at this store location. The parking areas are fairly new and offers more handicapped parking areas. Feb2022: I would recommend this location. I needed help on several occasions for items that I couldn't find and one of the workers helped me. Can you imagine that? I got help from a store employee when I asked for help!! I have gone to the customer service counter and I have always been helped in a timely fashion. This visit was a five (5 ) visit. The self checkout lanes are almost always working with a cashier nearby to help with any issue. On many occasions I have come here and have been able to get in and out quickly. I think this is one of my favorite locations. The employees at the front are always friendly and the the cashiers are always there to help with the self-checkout. The fruit and vegetable aisle is always neat without items on the floor or in the aisles. Each time I've gone into the store, the shelves were stocked with items and they were fronted for customer purchase. I checked the restroom while I was there and each time I've gone in it is always fairly clean without paper and items on the floor.”

I had some issues with self check out but the young lady helping me was friendly and helpful with no attitude which usually seems the case with employee's working g self check out. I'm happy she didn't seem frustrated or out off by helping me. I'd recommend this store!”

“I want to give a big thank you to Devante in the Photoshop. This morning I had an issue with my printer and I was not able to print a document that I needed for children's church this morning. Devante picked up the phone when I called and reassured me that, he could help if I just came into the store. When I came into the store, for some reason, my document wasn't connecting with the kiosk. I was short on time, so Devante gave me a second option of going online and uploading what I needed. He really came in clutch today and made sure I was satisfied with each document before I left the store. Thank you Walgreens for hiring people like Devante that truly care! “I came in 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed on Christmas Eve urgently needing a prescription filled that had just been seen over 5 minutes earlier from an urgent care. I had a stomach flu and desperately needed meds for stomach pain and nausea. The pharmacist and two techs working that evening were happy to help and stayed a few minutes late to get my prescription filled. They were kind and patient when I really needed that. So I’ve had a LOT of experience dealing with pharmacies.The staff at this Kroger location has always been professional, helpful and prompt in filling my prescriptions and communicating with my doctor and me. They’ve also been instrumental in helping me get the best prices available …. Significantly lower than I paid at my previous pharmacies. Their associates who interact with me in person and on the phone are absolutely delightful, patient and friendly. And they’ve never been out of stock on any of my meds, a common problem at other pharmacies.Give them a try yourself and make up your own mind!”
