“Small problem when I picked up my prescription yesterday, there was some kind of glitch in there system. It was showing that my prescription cough syrup was filled and ready for pick up in their computer. The girl was frustrated and keep going on and on about she didn't fill that one yet. She kept saying it over and over with increasing frustration, making a scene behind the counter. Meanwhile the line was getting long. She knew she was going to have to fill it again and that would put the counts off. And then when she tried to check out my prescriptions their was another issue with it not scanning the QR code so I had to be moved to another register and wait my turn again. She obviously need to take a break and gather her feelings because it was quite embarrassing to me, that she was making such a huge deal over filling my prescription. I obviously didn't cause the problem, but felt like a spectacle. Kind of wish they would have told me to come back in 10 minutes while they figured it out.”

“I stopped here on a whim awhile back and learned that the 44 ounce soda is only 79 cents, many flavors and add ins to choose from, even better is that they don't have a minimum purchase on a credit card so it makes it so convenient. The other day I stopped in and noticed their cheesy nachos, occasionally our family will have nacho bar night and the cheese here rivals any store bought cheese you might find. For 2.79 I can eat some foods that I know aren't good for me but I love em anyway. Finally the attendants here are friendly and that isn't a given at a lot of gas stations!”
“Monday night after a long work day I stopped in and thought I’d get gas. I was on empty and probably couldn’t make it another 5 miles. I was just trying to get home. I live an hour from this 7-Eleven. I realized I left my wallet at home! Seriously started to panic! I noticed the app and thought I could download it and add money to it with my Apple Pay. I asked for help with the app. Manager comes around the corner and started to help me. He tells me that the app doesn’t allow”

“Me and my friend came in here around 3:30 pm today (august 7th) and I did not feel good at all and it was very hot. I immediately ran in and filled a cup up of Powerade and drank it. Then I got a slushee and went to check out. Before I could say anything the worker said it’s good it’s on me. I asked him if he was sure and he said yes then I said well I also got a Powerade and drank it and he let me get it for free. Thank you to this worker it helped me ride home. Go to racetrack”

“They had a good selection of everything. I went in there because it was 10 pm, and I had an urge for Mexican or Tex-Mex food, and all I had in my cupboard was a can of chili. At 7-11, I got a couple of chimichangas, cheese, fritos, and a lime-a-rita. Okay, so it wasn't El Chico, but it was good enough for me! The people were very friendly, too.”

Even though it was my first time at this store. They let me know that I could wait on them if I wanted to.Multiple prescriptions filled in a timely manner. They made sure I had knowledge about each medication. They even call me a few days later to make sure I was okay. Each and every one of the staff members at this store is so very professional and caring and pleasant.”

“I want to give a big thank you to Devante in the Photoshop. This morning I had an issue with my printer and I was not able to print a document that I needed for children's church this morning. Devante picked up the phone when I called and reassured me that, he could help if I just came into the store. When I came into the store, for some reason, my document wasn't connecting with the kiosk. I was short on time, so Devante gave me a second option of going online and uploading what I needed. He really came in clutch today and made sure I was satisfied with each document before I left the store. Thank you Walgreens for hiring people like Devante that truly care! Please give him a big shout out because I appreciate him for being my superhero today!”
“I came in 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed on Christmas Eve urgently needing a prescription filled that had just been seen over 5 minutes earlier from an urgent care. I had a stomach flu and desperately needed meds for stomach pain and nausea. The pharmacist and two techs working that evening were happy to help and stayed a few minutes late to get my prescription filled. They were kind and patient when I really needed that. Thanks for going above and beyond with your work.”
