“I would like to communicate that I spoke to one of the top managers from this business and after discussing the items, these issues are be resolved. Communication is so important, when two people are willing to treat each other with respect and listen so that they can resolve issues, it makes all the difference. Customer service is one of my top priorities and based on the conversation that I had this afternoon with them, this business showed that each and every customer is important to them, and that they value customer service. Thank you Auto Park!I spoke to the sales person several times to confirm the condition of the vehicle. I stressed my concerned of how loud I thought the car was, but I was told no it is not and there’s no issues with the car. When I receive the car to my surprise, I found several things not right with the car and of course, some of these things were very minor, but again I was surprised that a top Dealership, which I normally deal with did not take care of these issues before the car was delivered. The first item was there was no antenna on the car, the second item is the rearview mirror was not attached properly to the vehicle therefore, it just wobble, the third item was the exhaust system had been totally replaced. It sounded like a card that a teenager was would drive. It was so loud on the inside of the car you couldn’t hear yourself think , then, the next day when it rain it’s a convertible top the top leaked and now there is water on the inside, and the last item is the brakes when you press on the brakes, it’s clear that the brakes are terrible. When you press on the brakes, the entire car shakes. When I called to speak to a manager, I was not able to contact one, after a couple of hours. I spoke to a manager and he told me he was too busy with current customers and that he would try to get back to me. Again, I had this vehicle shipped to me. I paid cash in advance and they promised me if there were any issues with the car they would make good on it and now they’re not. I would advise everyone not to purchase a vehicle from this dealership unless you go look at it in person , do not buy a vehicle and have it shipped to you to learn later later that there’s a number of items wrong with the vehicle I am so disappointed I purchased vehicles all the time and I have never been treated this way, so I just wanted to warn others.And if there’s any questions, please reach out to me because I have documentation from everyone that I went to to document the items wrong with the car.”

“A huge 5 star review to Jay Andres and Sewell BMW of Grapevine. I had been searching for a long time, for the perfect certified preowned X1. I finally found it, about 650 miles away. Jay and I spoke on the phone and then communicated via text, ALOT. He answered every question, took extra pictures of details I had concerns on, even different views and lighting. He worked up different options for me and went through every single concern. I flew down a week later and the car was exactly as described, with the addition of the big red Sewell bow. Jay went through all the paperwork, reviewed any questions and went through the car with me. We drove her home that day, 650 miles!
