“My father bought 4 new tires with wheel alignment at the Forest location in April and come August the tires began to wearing uneven and he went there to make good on it. They refused to help him but he went to the Flower Mound location and the team there was very accomodating and made right on the warranty that Discount Tire was supposed to uphold. Come to find out there was no alignment done becuase the metrics were way off. I would recommend coming to this location and they will have my family and I business going forward. Way to go Flower Mound Discount Tire!”

The customer service was exquisite as each customer received their own table space in addition to a bag of candy while they wait on their service to be completed. The air condition issue that she went in with was handle in a timely manner. As a bonus, they sent her on her way with a car freshener, key chain, AND a car visor!! I definitely encourage anyone to check out their shop when experiencing any car issues for a reasonable price!!”

“My tire had been losing air for quite some time, and being a female. I admit I didn’t really know where to get it fixed since it has to have something other than actual air. I stopped at discount tires in Louisville and asked them to look at it. Giorgio and the team there despite being incredibly busy, said no problem they would be happy to look at it. They had to take the tire off and imagine my surprise when 30 minutes after their closing time they came out with a smile and told me my car was ready. They had repaired it as I had a screw in it. They did not even charge me and yet had never seen me before in my life. They were so professional and friendly and fast. When I do need new tires, I know where I’m going, I’m going back to Louisville from downtown Dallas and to the same discount tires.”

“I’ve used this location several times and they have never done me wrong. Huge shout out to David and Marcos for my most recent visit where I got Method MR305s and Terra Grapplers installed. “Customer service and the service provided were incredible. My first time at DT and Connor was incredibly patient, informed, and so kind. I got my tire replaced after my dealership found a nail in the side of my tire. Discount Tire was significantly cheaper to replace the tire, and quick with the service. When I drove off the parking lot, my car notified I had uneven tire pressure…turns out my dealership significantly overinflated my other tires (they confirmed the mistake when I called) and DT had the correct PSI with the newly installed tire. Connor welcomed me back, answered all my questions (I’m unfortunately not a car girly), and set my other tires to the correct psi. I had a great experience and will be back for other services.”
