Wheel & Rim Repairs in Lewisville, TX

“Hey Google Community,
I wanted to take a moment and rave about a service that my friend experienced! The customer service was exquisite as each customer received their own table space in addition to a bag of candy while they wait on their service to be completed. The air condition issue that she went in with was handle in a timely manner. As a bonus, they sent her on her way with a car freshener, key chain, AND a car visor!! I definitely encourage anyone to check out their shop when experiencing any car issues for a reasonable price!!”

“My tire had been losing air for quite some time, and being a female. I admit I didn’t really know where to get it fixed since it has to have something other than actual air. I stopped at discount tires in Louisville and asked them to look at it. Giorgio and the team there despite being incredibly busy, said no problem they would be happy to look at it. They had to take the tire off and imagine my surprise when 30 minutes after their closing time they came out with a smile and told me my car was ready. They had repaired it as I had a screw in it. They did not even charge me and yet had never seen me before in my life. They were so professional and friendly and fast. When I do need new tires, I know where I’m going, I’m going back to Louisville from downtown Dallas and to the same discount tires.”

“Came to this establishment for my emissions test to get my tags renewed last month. I came here based off of reviews and they did not disappoint. Upon entry everything was very clean and the women that work the front desk are very inviting, knowledgeable and respectful. This is important because they are the first interaction and set the tone for the business. They offered me refreshments and it was nice a cool in there. I got my emissions test done and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely come here in the future and will be reffering my friends to come here as well. Great experience!”

“Woodrow helped me out and he was very kind. He made a point of informing me about issues that ,while I already knew about, were not directly related to getting a tire. Other shops I’d been to in the past would have said nothing and I greatly appreciate it.
Junior was kind as well and treated me with a respect you don’t see often these days.”

“Absolutely great customer service had a flat with swollen lug nuts and he drove out to help me out went above and beyond we be going here from now on for future needs”
