“I came in earlier today for an exchange on some hubcaps. I was helped by Austin who did a fantastic job and has great customer service. He made sure that all my questions and part needs were taken care of. However, there was a younger man named Saul who really needs to be taught on what is appropriate in the work place. A majority of the time I was there, he was on his phone just sitting on the counter. When he did interact with me, he was very rude with no intention to help. He spoke very rudely to Austin when Austin was just trying to be helpful. He was also rude to another customer on the phone.”

Chris at the front desk and I feel awful not remembering the younger guys name, but both came out to help get the old batteries out and the new in. We had a bad cable and the younger guy was able to find us one even tho they don’t carry them anymore! Again, excellent service and we will definitely use them again!”

“I just went here for windshield washer fluid. I don't normally go to auto parts stores very often. On this particular occasion there were two employees standing at the counter. One was just standing there, the other was on the phone. I had to wait there with my bottle of windshield washer fluid until the one on the phone finished the phone call before I could get rung up. Not sure what was going on with that. This is my go-to spot for taking my old oil from oil changes and they're always very friendly and good about helping when you with that dirty little task.”

“By far this is the most helpful staff I have EVER encountered at an O’Reillys (with the exception of Less, whom I have already contacted the customer service line about) Special shoutout to the Manager on duty when I was in store, Michael. As well as Mike and Ricardo who were the associates also assisting Michael. They were all so patient and helpful when it came to insuring the part I purchased was A+ condition. They had the best attitudes and even suggested a fantastic BBQ spot for lunch because I am not from this area. This is the type of customer service and support that keeps consistent consumers and I hope O’Reillys values their professionalism and hospitality as much as I do. Also, at Customer Support thank you to Ian and Manny who were both also top tier associates and understanding while I was going through this difficult patch. All in all, if you are perplexed on where to go for auto parts or assistance, look no further. Thank you guys!”
“I swung by this O'Reilly location tonight to grab parts for my truck, and Jacob provided outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and dedicated, took his time to ensure all my questions were answered, and showed great customer care.
When the system showed a part was in stock but it wasn't immediately visible on the shelf, Jacob didn't give up. He stayed diligent, kept hunting for it, and made sure I was able to get everything I needed before leaving. I really appreciate his persistence and professionalism!

“My friend and I had his coolant changed about 30 minutes before arriving at this O'Reilly's, as it had turned out the coolant was never filled and causing overheating issues.
Sebastian was working, and talked to us about the problems and what to do. He recommended us a great coolant and why, and even came outside to supervise the coolant filling, offering and expecting to do it himself.
He was absolutely amazing and went well above and beyond his job duties. Got my friend signed up for the rewards program even! I'd highly recommend this O'Reilly's location to anyone needing such a shop just because of Sebastian's stellar service and personality.”

“I don’t expect the workers to be experts but they’ve always been pretty helpful and nice. More importantly I found the turbo air freshener at this location! Easily made me very happy because I’ve been wanting to buy one for my fiancé!Also I bought my windshield wipers here and they’ve been amazing unlike the ones I got at Walmart that were USED. A little pricey but I haven’t had to worry about them in a hot minute!”

My wife and I came to buy brake pads, and I ran into issue after issue. She absolutely deserves a raise and a paid vacation. This store just earned a life time customer with a old truck im sure they're going to make thousands off of me over the next few years. Ill never forget her kindness and patience. I have mental health issues and she never made me feel less than for not knowing exactly what I needed. I absolutely can not recommend this store enough. God worked through this store today. “Best customer service around! Battery went dead in our truck while we were at a Paschal High School football game with the kids. Tow trucks couldn't get there for over 1 1/2 hrs and we live in another town. Husband walked over to pickup a battery. Hugo went above and beyond for us. Gave him a ride back and helped him replace the battery in a matter of mins. Hugo really saved the day and got us back on the road! Thank you!!”

“This is a really good place to go to when you need a battery and cannot afford a new one. They have a 30 day war team. I've gotten batteries from them three different times the first the second time the battery got in them died within 30 days and did that three different times every time within that 30 days I went back and they replaced the battery for free”
