“My visit was 5-11-2025 Mothers Day/Sunday and this 5 star review is brought to you bcz of BRENT (I hope I remembered his name right! ?♀️). Customer Service is pretty much non-existent anywhere u go these days, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came into the store- was promptly greeted, the dude asked if he cud help me, I only explained ONCE, was checked out and happy all in about 10 minutes. It was a MIRACLE right there on Wilshire Blvd. I had purchased a really cute lamp fir my mom on Temu. It came without a bulb and almost zero info on the kind I needed to get! BRENT understood and brought some over that he even TESTED for me (I had brought the lamp base into the store) made sure they fit- it was an awesome experience that I wish I cud get everywhere else I go. Sounds like I'm exaggerating but u have NO idea how my day to day interactions with employees at other establishments have changed from rude to repulsive over the last few years. Batteries Plus- please appreciate this man & ur employees who do good CS- I have missed being treated like a human for so long now. Thanks Brent for making the experience @ ur store 5 STARS. ✌️”

“I had to replace the entire key fob for my 2011 GMC Terrain SLT. The old one wouldn't unlock the doors and the auto start didn't work. The 1st location we went to said they had to place an order for someone to come program the fob. I went back and their machine for cutting keys was down. I went to another location and not only did he duplicate my car key, but programmed the fob right then and there. And the price? $129.00. The dealership would have been three times that amount. Highly recommend Batteries+”
“3/27/26 Excellent customer service! We needed new batteries on our scissor lift. Chris at the front desk and I feel awful not remembering the younger guys name, but both came out to help get the old batteries out and the new in. We had a bad cable and the younger guy was able to find us one even tho they don’t carry them anymore! Again, excellent service and we will definitely use them again!”

“By far this is the most helpful staff I have EVER encountered at an O’Reillys (with the exception of Less, whom I have already contacted the customer service line about) Special shoutout to the Manager on duty when I was in store, Michael. As well as Mike and Ricardo who were the associates also assisting Michael. They were all so patient and helpful when it came to insuring the part I purchased was A+ condition. They had the best attitudes and even suggested a fantastic BBQ spot for lunch because I am not from this area. This is the type of customer service and support that keeps consistent consumers and I hope O’Reillys values their professionalism and hospitality as much as I do. Also, at Customer Support thank you to Ian and Manny who were both also top tier associates and understanding while I was going through this difficult patch. All in all, if you are perplexed on where to go for auto parts or assistance, look no further. Thank you guys!”

“I don’t expect the workers to be experts but they’ve always been pretty helpful and nice. More importantly I found the turbo air freshener at this location! Easily made me very happy because I’ve been wanting to buy one for my fiancé!Also I bought my windshield wipers here and they’ve been amazing unlike the ones I got at Walmart that were USED. A little pricey but I haven’t had to worry about them in a hot minute!”

“Best customer service around! Battery went dead in our truck while we were at a Paschal High School football game with the kids. Tow trucks couldn't get there for over 1 1/2 hrs and we live in another town. Husband walked over to pickup a battery. Hugo went above and beyond for us. Gave him a ride back and helped him replace the battery in a matter of mins. Hugo really saved the day and got us back on the road! Thank you!!”

“That big guy with the mullet knows his stuff. Always gets me right. The whole team goes hard. Ill go to this O’Reillys over ANY AutoZone any day. One day i went in feeling sad and the whole team cheered me up and got me out of depression. These guys are like family now. From the manager to the drivers, they ALL are very generous and kind. If i could rate more than 5 stars i would!!”
“Great prices and selection, I purchased a good used battery the first trip; customer service when buying was very helpful and energetic, customer service when returning core was slightly rough, but that was partially my fault for not following the clerk’s instructions without deviation. I have been recommending them to everybody as a great alternative to purchasing new.”

“Yesterday, I took my father to go get some parts for his truck tire rods etc and he was a bit loud, rude and very demanding. I got so embarrassed but I just wanted to share that Maria and Steven kept their professionalism and remained calm and respectful. I apologized he had been dealing with the truck, had not ate all darn day and he gets “Hangry” at 70yrs old. (Omg) Anyhow, customer service for me goes a long way and it shows that Oreillys Team cares about their customer. Just because someone is having a bad day, the stay calm and collective about it and work quickly to help a customer out and give recommendations on how to make it more time efficient by getting the right parts. My dad only wanted one part but it was recommended for him to take the entire new piece because precision was needed and it was gonna just take longer and have difficulty getting it right. You all they were so right!!! Thanks for sharing insight on what was the right way versus a “short cut and cheap ass” let’s admit we all want to save money but sometimes being cheap gets more expensive in the long run. Their knowledge and experience can truly make a difference so allow them to guide you! This morning, we needed a few screws that had bent and Teresa was able to pinpoint the exact screw that was needed and anyhow my dad was so happy with how fast and efficiently she took care of us. Well, huge shout out to the Oreilys Team on Belknap/Beach because you all deserve recognition and you all matter to this Riverside Community!!! Blessings to you all!!!”
