Very clean and the staff was VERY nice. The young lady working the desk on Christmas night was extremely nice and helpful. Would love it if she was recognized.

Not a bad place to stay when in the Fort Bliss area. No early check in or late check out available though, which makes staying here while waiting on a later flight a pain with bags, but the staff is super courteous and offered to watch our bags at reception until closer to my flight.
