We were checked in later than our 4:00 reserved time. We also tried to check in early online and it said 12:15…still had to wait until 4:10. The room was big and nice, but no ice machines on all floors. I also paid extra for breakfast and there was never any breakfast. Just a generally strange hotel. Would not... read full comment

Stayed for Mother’s Day in downtown and it was a great location. Had drinks at the bar and Jessica was our bartender. She was so fast the drinks were good! We ordered the wings they were amazing! Definitely will be back and stopping at the bar again.

Fantastic location. Its right by Sundance Square and a quick car ride from Stockyards and Dickies Arena. The rooms are spacious, staff friendly, and the FOOD is amazing. So many restaurants right outside of the hotel. Will definitely return.
