I went in looking for specific boots that this store ended up not having. Chloe helped me try on the same pair in a different color so I could order them online. I’d much rather have made the sale there, but Chloe was so helpful, even knowing I wouldn’t be making a purchase. I’ll be back next time I’m in the market... read full comment
