The store was packed when I showed up, but the employees were still able to help me in a timely and helpful manner. Especially Cruz, he was able to help me identify what was wrong with my truck and which part I needed to fix it.

Savannah at the Autozone in Crowley at 7545 Crowley Rd went far above and beyond my expectations as an employee. She was exceptionally kind and understanding. She was very knowledgeable of the part that I needed. And on top of that, she installed the bulb. Thanks so much!!! Definitely referring friends and family!!

They ALWAYS give me the wrong part every…single…time . They look up my vehicle and I provide and confirm trim anything they need about the type of vehicle I have . It never seems to fail. Incorrect brakes, rotors and battery. They constantly waste my time. I always have to make two trips. Get it together.
