Avis Car Rental

Avis Rent A Car, Car Rental
Hours: Avis Car Rental provides generally positive customer experiences with many smooth and easy rentals. The online rental process is easy with great communications. Vehicles are ready on time and perform perfectly. Customer service is often described as wonderful, great, and excellent, with kind and courteous associates. The pickup process is smooth, with staff taking time to point out special features of the vehicle. Drop off is also super easy and painless. Specific staff members are highlighted as very helpful and great, providing all necessary information and ensuring a no muss no fuss rental. However, some inconsistencies are noted. Phone operators can be unhelpful. At times, the location appears short-handed, with staff running around and management sometimes unavailable to provide solutions for issues, which can lead to customer frustration. Despite these occasional management and staffing concerns, the direct rental experience and frontline staff receive strong praise, leading some long-term customers of other companies to switch to this Avis location.
