CVS Health provides a range of services, including COVID-19 testing for eligible individuals, with options for lab and rapid testing at some locations. Despite high demand causing occasional delays, many customers find the pharmacy staff to be friendly, helpful, and professional. Prescription pickups are generally easy and efficient, especially when called for in advance. Staff members are often praised for their kindness and prompt service, with some customers considering returning after positive experiences. However, wait times can be longer during busy hours, especially when staffing is low. The store features a human cashier and self-checkout stations, but lines can still be long during peak times, indicating a need for more staff during rush hours. Overall, many customers have positive impressions of this CVS, highlighting its helpful staff and good service, though some reviews mention occasional wait times and staffing challenges.
Their AI call is the literal worst. Damn near impossible to get ahold of a human.

So far, so good with picking up my prescriptions at CVS, the car drive-up is convenient and it’s the only place that will give me a three month prescription. The employees in the pharmacy are friendly.

Truly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I call multiple times and I can never get anyone to answer the phone. Their wait time is ridiculously and unreasonably long. Their drive through is a nightmare.
