This review is about one item that could be Michelin star level. The huge bag of hand-cut style fries.
Not Del Friscos, Chamberlains, or any restaurant you can think of has better than these fries when prepped right.
Fry Daddy @350°, peanut oil. First place a single layer if fries between thick paper towels. Flash thaw in the microwave on high 1 min.
Make sure they are thawed and dry. Place a single order in the basket and drop them a second, lift in case they bubble up. Now drop them 8 minutes, stirring them every 2 minutes so they get evenly browned.
Prep your cracked black pepper, a light seasoned salt, and a pinch of brown sugar mixture.
At 8 minutes place the golden spuds on paper towels to drain, immediately season while still hot from grease. Close your eyes. Now enjoy the best fries of your life.
I have a pro fry cutter, have tried vinegar baths, salt blanching etc. I've made them as many ways as there are days. These compete with my best, at a fraction of the cost and almost no work... no effort.
While there, case of pepsi? As low as $5, 36 cans- varies from about $6. I stopped drinking sodas, but if I fall off the wagon, Town Talk it is.

Every time I go in, I swear I’m only grabbing one thing… then suddenly I’m at the register with snacks, goofy tech gadgets, workout gear, a lava lamp I absolutely did not plan on, and some sour candy that’ll make your whole face do a U-turn. And it still somehow doesn’t break the bank — that’s the magic trick right there.
The store’s bright, fun, and wild in the best “I-might-find-something-awesome-for-$3” kinda way. Staff is friendly, shelves are packed like Tetris pros live in the back, and it’s just an easy place to feel good in. Perfect for grabbing gifts, little happiness boosters, or stuff your kids will freak out over.
Not everything’s life-changing… but honestly? It doesn’t need to be. It’s the kind of place that gives your brain a breather and your cart a goofy joyride.
Cheap thrills. Tiny treasures. Pure serotonin aisle by aisle.
And yes, I will absolutely be going back. My self-control didn’t make it past the squishmallow bin last time — I’m not expecting a miracle next round either ?”
“It's a great place to get Knick, knacks and cheaper electronic devices. Got all kinds of things in there. It feels like you're in a candy store and can't decide what to pick, but be careful because it can become addicting, wonderful, wonderful store.”

“Shop here before you go waist your money at the mall for shoes or clothing. Shop here first before you go to Walmart or Target for home goods, toys, or bedding. They don't always have the same items in stock, so if you see it and want it, I would suggest you get it because when you go back, it may not be there. I was almost hesitant in saying that because you might end up getting something I hid between the shelves for me to go back and get when I get some money ? ??. Don't act like y'all never did that before. ?”
“Every employee at this store was very nice but I want to leave an amazing review for Priscilla who took the time out to help me with an order I was shopping for someone else and I was struggling to find things because I'm not used to shopping at this store and stuff was scattered everywhere. “I had such a great experience. It was my first time at this location and a women named Destiny saw that I had my hands full with my two year old son and helped me bag my items. She was very welcoming and friendly. She also went to put my cart back for me. “Granted, it's not in the greatest part of town, so there's not much to be expected, and really, one could even expect it to be in worse shape, and everything's fine except for it being unorganized and understaffed. Great food in the back, he uses the smoker on the weekends but even the chicken tenders from the fryer are legit ?really good specials, come hungry he hooks up every plate.Day or night, we always feel safe there as well. “This is the cleanest, most organized Dollar General store I have been to. I live in Lake worth, and there are 3 others within the area, & past the area of Lake Worth,but those stores are always messy, and they run out of the regular things that I buy.

“When you hear 99 cent store you might think of a store similar to the Dollar Tree. But it is closer to being a neighborhood convenience store. It's still pretty new, and have been open only (from what I can remember) over a year but less than 3. I think of it as an extension of the store across the street named Rocky's. Yeah it have a few items that would put it in the same league as the Dollar Tree, but all and all it's a nice convenience store. So, yes I would recommend my friends and family or even someone I just met to go check it out if you're wanting some quick zoom zooms and wham whams, (snacks, candy, and drinks)cold beer,or a pack of smokes. They also have some cool clothes. Hood printed tee shirts, shorts, fresh caps, and plenty of accessories to put together a nice ghetto fabulous outfit.(what did you expect? this is not the Gucci or Versace store) Last but not least you can go in and (do one of my favorite things) stick a few bucks in one of the exciting, entertaining, luck testing Life of Luxury video slots machines. To wrap this review up I think the Berry 99 Cent Store is a clean, convenient, satisfying store with regular convenience store prices that I would and do go to. But I would definitely try to go in with more than just 99 cent.”

“I am so happy what I seen today a act of kindness that touched my heart❤ what Mr. Montreal did today ! There was a young woman that was blind that was dropped off my Metro Tri-Care , and the driver walked her in stated that she needed assistance shopping. Montreal didn't hesitate to assistance her with shopping. As they were shopping I could hear them laughing interacting with each other which was music to my ears. This really touched me to see a young man do this, and told him that I could tell he was raised right❤.”
“From all the stores, this one is my favorite, even though sometimes they don't have what I’m looking for. The store is clean and organized, and the employees are restocking items all the time.
