“When my truck decided to call in sick right before an important cross-country trip, Jack Lee and his team were very accommodating in trying to find a last-minute replacement. At first, the task of finding a rental with the capability of towing a 40 ft. gooseneck car hauler in less than 24 hrs seemed daunting, but Jack had us covered.
He set us up with the pictured Ram 3500 Dually with the gooseneck hitch and safety chain hooks installed in the bed. The truck was very clean, more than capable for my needs, and seemed to be well-maintained.
Huge shout out to Jack and team for saving the day!”
“Everything went so easy, I literally booked the place went in and met Rickie she was extremely helpful. She even walked me through the place a bit. Showed me my unite, popped the tag, opened the door and there in the middle was my welcome bag with information including the lock. This leads me to believe it would be just as easy for anyone to book and pay online and locate their unit without any personal help. I give a 4 star rating only because I was one of first customers needing a place quickly but the facility had just been renovated so although it looked nice and new there was still dust spots from cosmetic upgrades I believe. All in all it was a good and quick experience!”

After having explored other storage facility options and not being impressed, I came to Blacklock and Alisha made choosing them a no-brainer. She is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, allowed me to see all of the options and eased the load of burdens I was carrying at the time. I would absolutely choose them again and again. “This is my favorite gas station ever. Every single person that works there is so kind and genuine. I live nearby and I enjoy some snacks or drinks every so often so I go here darn near every day. I could be 20 minutes from home and stop anywhere but I go here to get drinks or snacks because I love every interaction with every employee! They have all kinds of drinks and snacks, they have a diverse selection of smoking related products, and I’ve even bought two of my favorite hats here! Honestly anything you could want out of a convenient store but customer service is the main reason I’m posting this review. Those who work here deserve some recognition for their genuine kindness. :)”

“Rented truck through the website and went there to pick it up. Friendly staff and very efficient process. The U-haul app has you do 99% of the process on your phone. The staff providing keys made sure I was fine with everything before I left, and was there when I dropped off. Easy process as long as you don't mind take pictures with your phone...”
“I want to give this storage unit five star because it's very convenient for me less than 2 mi the staff there is very friendly and personal and will go out their way to get you any size storage unit that you're looking for. also they have U-Haul trucks and vans to help you with your moving experience. this is the reason why I stuck with this storage unit for over 10 years!!”
“We have been working with Hogan since they opened their Fort Worth location. We have 15 rentals out at once during peak season and also utilize the PM plus option for our personal fleet. Mike and Terra in rental are always on top of anything I need done. One phone call to them and I am confident my issue will be resolved. Anything from invoicing to OTR breakdowns. During peak season if I have any issues with a rental on hand they are quick to either get a tech out or get me a sub truck. Fastest response time of any lease/rental company I have worked with. Connor in lease has gotten me set up on great lease programs that make sense for my business and allow us to cut cost on maintenance while assisting in keeping us compliant in that area. Clint, Ben, Stacey, and the whole service center here have always exceeded my expectations around every turn. They have made sure we minimize down time while keeping cost in a reasonable range. They take time to educate the customer and help understand the "nuts and bolts" of the service being done. In all, this company has exceeded my expectations in every department on a consistent basis!”

He listened to my needs and helped me to the fullest by helping me locate a rental truck not too far away. Due to him not being able to rent to me at the time (no truck available for the size I was requesting). Robert did not turn me away but seen the task all the way through to my satisfaction. “This is one of the largest UHaul's I've seen. It has climate controlled storage units; they can install tow hitches; they sell propane, and have a large selection of packing products. One stop shopping if you are moving. My only complaint was that I found the service lacking when I was there. I was there around noon and there was one person working in the store he was having an issue with a customer order and had to take a long time to help her, my issue was that there were others in and around the property who knew he was having difficulties but none came to help service the other customers who were waiting in line for various reasons. I just needed a small box. I ended up just leaving a dollar and some change on the counter and leaving. I hope that's not indicative of their service. I will give them another chance when I need their services again.”
