Nicole looked through my Pinterest board prior to my appointment and she got my vibe IMMEDIATELY. We clicked so well, I felt like I was with a friend. She took into consideration how sensitive my skin was and avoided materials that irritated and inflamed, stayed true to my vision. Turns out that the dress was her personal pick from what I had envisioned from my Pinterest board. Then she added the bolero on top and it was absolute perfection. She followed my vision to a T and added in helpful points like the pickups on the side of the dress and it sold it for me. So personally I wanted to thank you sweet girl. “I went in for a watch battery replacement and it only took about 3 minutes! I chatted with who I assume is one of the owners, she was telling me the story of their business and how it has been family owned and operated for 80 years. While chatting she noticed that I was wearing a ring (not purchased here) and offered to clean it for me for free! The battery replacement price was very fair and super fast. It was a lovely and wonderful experience, turned something very mundane into an excellent interaction.”
