“Went there this morning to see if I could exchange a 24K pendant that my wife bought for me few months back in China. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and professional. She gave me fair spot market gold price for the pendant(less a few% of course), and I got a 24K gold cross for a fair price. Very satisfied. Not sure why all the bad reviews.”
