“I called these people looking for soft closing door hinges and I e-mailed a picture of them over to him. Even though he did not sell them he helped me locate them at a different store other than Pierce. After calling them and finding out they had them in stock I called the store back up and thanked them for going above and beyond. Wonderfully knowledgeable people and willing to help.”
