99% of the time great customer service! The staff in the garden area are always helpful & willing to look things up for you when they don't know the answer right off.

I made a purchase online for same day delivery and it wasn't delivered the day promised. Manager Shelita @the Eastchase store fixed everything and had the items delivered promptly and refunded my delivery fee ! She went above and beyond to help!!! Thank you Shelita.
